I have had an all points account for many years use to use it a lot but found pricing and delivery options better elsewhere for own parts. Recently wanted to give them a chance again but after ordering 4 next day air packages and only getting one on time I am Leary of continuing to give them more business. I have reached out to Kyle my account manager and have not heard back that was two days ago.

The past 2 or 3 orders that I have placed with All-points, I have not received all of the items that I ordered. Instead, I have been sent other parts in place of those items, apparently. When I have contacted Customer Service, I have yet to get a response to my issues.

99.99% of the time our large orders are correct and arrive on time. If I have any problems they are quick to answer and always courteous. Our company enjoys working with All Points. They have a good team there. Thank you

Good, quick service on ordering and shipping, plus like that you use UPS for shipping versus FedEx or USPS.
Negative is not enough specs are given in description such as deadband, and when I reached out to your cust. svc for that info, they referred me to the manufacturer. Who is the manufacturer? It is an Allpoints thermostat so aren't you the manufacturer? Anyway gave you 3 stars instead of 5 for poor customer technical support.

One star doesn't begin to describe our experience with AllPoints. They don't even deserve one star.
We are a family run HVAC company and we service commercial restaurants as some of our largest customers. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and our livelihood. We understand that companies have challenges, but AllPoints failed us as a supplier, see below for details of our experience:
A couple of months ago we had a bad experience with AllPoints losing our order, inaccurate lead times, and account issues. I was contacted by a member of the customer service team who helped address the issue regarding our open order, and set up our account. I was reassured that we would have an easier time ordering and tracking shipments via our online account. I passed along the information from AllPoints to the decision maker of our team and he agreed to place another order with them.
Given that we did seem to have an online account set up (after countless failed attempts at working with their customer service team to do this) we felt that we could identify any issues once they arose.
We placed an order for three parts online - all of the parts were in stock. The site referenced a 3-4 day lead time. We felt that was appropriate, and submitted the order.
After four days, our credit card was charged so we started to look for a tracking number/shipment reference number. We were unable to find the tracking number and the actual order was not showing up on our account. Despite our credit card being charged, we felt that was proof enough that it shipped and waited a couple of days for the parts to arrive.
They didn't. After 8 days we called AllPoints and a member of their team told us that our order had been cancelled. First of all, no one notified us that the order was cancelled. Secondly, the order was cancelled because they couldn't verify the name on the credit card and they couldn't verify the shipping address.
Please note - I worked with THEIR customer service manager to set up our account, including our credit card information and shipping address. There was absolutely no reason for AllPoints to further verify anything on our account. Additionally, when we were attempting to resolved the issue with the latest order, we were actually transferred to another company's accounting department. Three times. Until we ended the call. We are extremely concerned about the lack of organization and attention to our personal information, including our credit card number. Where did that information go? We have no reassurance at this time that our information was kept confidential.
Needless to say, we gave AllPoints another opportunity to provide us with acceptable service and we are beyond disappointed. Everything we experienced during our attempts to work with this company was unprofessional & unorganized this is unacceptable. They disrespected our business through the way we were treated and as well as the mis-handling of our order. We will absolutely never do business with AllPoints again.
Buyer beware.
