I have just collected my new Trek Allant +9 Electric bike from Dan and his colleagues at ALL RIDE NOW. Superb service from start to finish. From the moment I first contacted them they have kept me updated. It has all gone without a hitch and has taken less than two weeks. Dan even came out for a test ride with me and couldn't have been more helpful with advice and tips about the bike. Amazing, helpful, efficient service.
Fantastic from start to finish. Customer service is second to none. Bike was ordered, set up and delivered with updates along the way. Dan was helpful, friendly, knowledgable and just brilliant. Delivering to Scotland was not an issue for them and we were beyond delighted when our bike arrived.
I would recommend All Ride Now, without hesitation, and look forward to dealing with them for any future bike purchases.

Bike options fitted as requested, and then bike delivered. Great! Disappointed though, that the bike hadn't been set up for me, after providing the requested measurements - but there had been overnight drama at the shop, so I can live with the omission!
