Edit according to customer services, times and prices are approximate only. So buckle up, completely ignore whatever you are told by their telephone booking and expect to wait 6 times longer and be charge 3 times more. Whatever part is required they will charge you 5 times the retail price. And false advertising by showing themselves on Google search as a local company……. Cowboys !!!

Their website states “fast response” within 40 minutes and “transparent pricing”. with “no hidden costs”, absolute cowboys.

Same issues as other reviewers with locksmiths

1) Given response time of 20 minutes, arrived over 2 hours later
2) Quoted £59 (apologies complaint email states £69) for simple job. No attempt made other made other than drilling lock, took under 10 minutes, job undertaken by trainee, but that does not qualify as simple job ?? Charged £187, £120 for non simple job and £36 for new barrel plus VAT (300% mark up for parts!!!) which will need to be replaced as it does not have BS Kite mark.
3) Complained to Customer Service and received automated response of 3 days, which has now passed.
4) Initial google search showed as a loc trade and had photo of shop in my local town.

Very dubious business model, advertising as local trade, with a price that I’m not sure anyone qualifies for, and completely unrealistic time frames all to secure your business

Philip was very helpful during his visit. He explained the issues the boiler system had from a safety and regulatory perspective, as well as provided me with clear steps to resolve the issues. He even performed one of those steps while at the property despite not needing to. He’s also a very friendly man.

Philip was great. He came out very quickly and was very thorough when installing our new hob and was also very informative. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend

We are pleased with Mario who is efficient and polite. The only thing for improvement is for admin-when we first called, we were given a time frame that a plumber will call us but I was hesitant since our details and address were not taken. I called back in 2hrs to find out we were not booked in the system.

Phillip from All Services 4 You is an absolutely fantastic plumber. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely knows what they’re talking about his knowledge, problem-solving ability, and clear understanding of what was wrong (and how to fix it properly) really stood out.
He was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional from start to finish, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. A truly skilled tradesman who inspires confidence. I would absolutely recommend Phillip to anyone without hesitation and if I could, I’d hire him as my own private plumber. Outstanding service all round.

Charge £174 for a new lock which I can buy

To be frank, abysmal performance by the company.
Had plumber over for a radiator valve replacement, but he couldn’t fix it due to a missing part, which had to be ordered & apparently arrived the following day. Over the course of the next 5 working days (!!) repeat visits were scheduled with 4 hour windows and no engineer came, sometimes at short sms notice, other times no announcement at all. All the time the valve kept dripping. Plenty calls to the company and only excuses. Eventually on the 6th day after the initial visit an engineer came (though after the time slot) and fixed the problem quickly & competently. At least the company did not charge extra for that visit, only material, though not charging at all would have been a decent move. I should have charged for my wasted waiting time. Avoid this company is my advice.

This company are rogue traders. They say 'no call out charge' and yet they make a 'labour charge' of over £50 which you are required to pay as soon as you call them out, so it is in fact a call out charge. They replaced a lock barrel for me at a total cost of £370.80 for which my local locksmith subsequently told me he would have charged £140. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - check that your locksmith is a member of the Master Locksmith Association.

The plumber came round very quickly, he was polite friendly and helpful, he did the job quickly and didn't leave a mess and you didn't over-charge me. I was very pleased!

Check everything very carefully and very detailed the engineer called Sammi he explained every error to me very expertly.

My elderly neighbour's door closed locking him out
We looked online & sadly rang these clowns who told me it was £59 to open the door & no call out fee
What they did was bully my neighbour not give him a price until the man had drilled the lock out took 2 mins but he obviously dragged it out once inside he wouldn't let my neighbour come & get me & made him pay £620 on the spot!!! He even tried to charge more saying oh there's extras that may be added later!
This is totally unacceptable & I sadly read we are not the only ones who have been conned
DON'T USE the company won't reimburse my neighbour in anyway so I hope this review helps others

I called to have a locksmith fix front door of House, came out in a couple of hours.
The person that came out was very efficient and sent me video of what done and called me as I was not local. Very impressed with service and would highly recommend company.
