Communication was good. They came and did the work as advertised and removed the rubbish. The garden took 2 sessions with additional hours / bags each time. On the last visit there were too many bags to take back in one trip so they came back and removed the rest of the bags same day. They also provided invoices when requested. Payment was generally upfront with additional hours / bags paid after.

Friendly & professional - oven cleaning service which was perfect , oven looks brand new.

I cancelled this company as the time o had booked moved by hours which wasn't convenient to me, which I accepted at first but then were late with no communication. I was told I would receive a refund in days and 2 weeks later I am still waiting. There is no way to get through to them either. Do not use this company.

The first time they were due to come they simply didn't turn up and it took me calling them to establish that they had had a breakdown in communication. I rebooked and they have now cancelled again with less than 24 hours notice. Completely unreliable and terrible communication and service.

I booked a carpet cleaning along with an end of tenancy cleaning for my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house, all i can say- brilliant work from sales to execution.

Not worth the £85 paid in advance to clean an oven and did not want to clean the inside window as did not know how to remove it etc etc
The guy did not speak English and never protected the area he was working on …. Avoid their service , rip off

If I could give a negative I would. Although easy to book for two gardeners to attend to clear a small area in front of garage they asked me to complete the online payment form with assurances that they would not finalise the payment until after the work was complete. They then cancelled twice, once because it was due to rain…it didn’t! I have asked for my money back but have been ignored. Use at your peril..it’s cost me £137 to learn the hard way.

I have used this company in the past for gardening services. and have received a reasonable service.

On this occasion:
- The company took full up front payment. Previously payment would be taken half up front and half on completion.
- The booked time was requested by the company to be rescheduled (it was for 9am Friday). I received the request just before 6pm the night before which was short notice. The new time was Saturday 9am.
-The new time was then rescheduled a second time at the request of the company to Tuesday 9am.
- As a 9am scheduled start, I had been advised that the 2 guys would turn up "on the dot".
- They arrived at 10am.
- They were pretty sullen with poor spoken English. This made communication challenging.
- They did not bring with them green bags to take waste away - part of the service I paid for. After some requests they produced one black bin liner which they filled and took with them.
- At 10.50am they stopped work, and went to hang out by their van, and were on the phone. They had been there only 50 minutes and had not completed the tasks I had briefed them on.
- I had booked them for 2 hours and had already briefed what was required in a walk around the garden.
- I was told to "call the office" while they sat in the van doing nothing.
- After some persuasion, they came back into the garden to resume their tasks.
- I showed one guy how to put the front door "on the latch" so he could come and go to his van, but he did not listen, and hammered on the door when I was in the back garden, swearing and shouting, because he had locked himself out.
- He repeatedly gobbed and spat on my front doorstep
- The other one left his rubbish - empty cigarette packet, drinks can - on my forecourt.
- I found their attitude to be generally rude, disrespectful and reluctant.

I am unlikely to use of this company again after this recent experience.

This company is literally the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I booked them in for a double oven clean. They insist you pay in advance and I now understand why. The "service" is non-existent to the point of being criminal. The "cleaner" was slovenly, didn't speak English, didn't have the right cleaning products and clearly didn't know what he was doing. He kicked off his shoes in my hallway then proceeded to scrub away at the oven for about 10 minutes, then scrub away at the shelf racks in the sink for about 20 minutes. The result was crumbs of food pushed into every crevice in the door, white streaks all over the oven, shelf racks that hadn't been cleaned properly, and a chip out of my work surface. I complained and asked for my money back. They refunded £20. If you're thinking of using them, my strong advice would be - don't.

I booked an appointment for a set time and then they asked if they could come at a later time. I agreed kindly to the later slot, having to move around work meetings which I had already done to allow for the previous time. I then waited an hour for the person to arrive and on top of that I asked how far off they were from arriving and they responded with 10 minutes away but I still had to wait 20 minutes. And then when they did arrive it took him 20 mins to set up and work out how to pay for the parking (which I gave him cash for).

 Another thing was that he was rude to and was blaming me for the traffic because the previous job they came from was on the other side of London. Then he continued to blame me for him not getting paid enough, even though I paid the full price of the service.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend if you want someone reliable and nice.

Terrible service - I could do it better myself.

I booked in for an end of tenancy clean. The cleaners arrived promptly but when I checked, they arrived with insufficient cleaning products (AKA they tied a rag around a broken mop) and i did not see any bathroom/ surface cleaner - I wish I was able to include images of this monstrosity as all they rocked up with was a henry hoover and a broken mop :|...

Needless to say, the property was not clean, considering this was an end of tenancy clean and the price, I was expecting glistening floors and bathrooms and a lovely fresh and clean smelling home. Instead, I was left with grease marks left all of the bathroom where they hadn't bothered cleaning, dirt, dust and scum all over the floor. They hadn't even tried to clean it and there was no evidence of ANY cleaning products. I think all they used was water, which is despicable for a "cleaning company" and "cleaners"

When I asked them to clean again, they did but still to an extremely poor standard. They even missed the bits i specifically pointed out as untouched and dirty. It really wasn't rocket science.

To make matters worse, the male who attended spent the whole duration speaking angrily and loudly on the phone outside my house ... Meaning, despite paying for two cleaners, i only had one.

I couldn't be bothered to ask them to clean any more at the end when they left as they were a useless couple. I ended up cleaning the house myself and it now smells nice and looks clean, no thanks to this "cleaning company".

I flagged this with management with image evidence, they told me they would try and send someone out, have not heard anything back.

Please do not waste your money on this service. The "cleaners" do the bare minimum, do not have the correct products and i dont think they even knew what an end of tennancy clean was by the standard.

Extremely disapointed.

Friendly, fast booking and the cleaner was friendly and efficient. I spent a good amount of time looking for an environmentally friendly oven cleaning service which uses non caustic cleaning products which I paid £20 more for All In One to provide. However they outsourced the job to someone who used caustic cleaners! So fed up of companies greenwashing, profiting from customers who are willing to pay more to protect the environment. I wrote a complaint but received no reply.

The service was absolutely not worth the asking price. The corners of the furniture were left dirty and untouched; the floor was sticky and dusty, so were the carpets; there were stains that could easily be wiped down but were not. Additionally, I have requested separate carpet cleaning service, which was also performed poorly. I am aware that certain stains cannot be gotten rid of, which is understandable, but some looked as if they were not even attempted to be cleaned.

Overall, would not recommend, and would ensure that the company you are paying close to 300 will give you the quality you seek.

I arranged a one off clean before renting my flat through Airbnb while I was on holiday and my guests complained about the dirt, sending pictures of large dust balls in one of the corners.
I reported this to All Services over email and a week later have received no response. I will not be using them again.

Booked an oven clean after moving into a new house. I'd spent a week trying to make any kind of indent on the encrusted dirt. The cleaner came and before long I had a brand new oven! Everything was shiny and new and no horrible chemical smell, not even when I turned the oven on. The cleaner replaced the broken light without me even having to ask and reset the clock when he turned the oven back on. Even the door hinges are shiny! Fantastic value for money for this top notch service

I was very happy with the experience I had with All Service in One. From initial contact with office to gardeners. I would fully encourage anyone to use this company. The only Negative I would say is that staff coming out into homes should have cards or at least name badges with company name on. There are a lot of scammers in neighbourhoods at the moment. Work was carried out very well and will definitely use this company again.

I booked a deep clean and the team were great. They arrived on time and were very thorough. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
