I didn't like the way I was signed in. It was almost without knowing I was about to become a member here, being redirected from a different platform where I was trying to create an account.
Also, I do not agree with those monthly subscriptions deducted freely from my bank account.
But I give them four stars for understanding my problem and trying to solve it asap

Be VERY CAREFUL dealing with this company. Read what you are signing up to. It's a membership scheme not what you think you're getting.
I was promised a refund If I left a positive review. NO REFUND GIVEN!!. BE VERY CAREFUL

Good service

I inadvertently signed up to Allshopgifts (my mistake) and had a ‘top up’ amount taken from my bank account. I contacted them and, although not usually their policy they promised to refund 50% of the amount and cancelled the subscription without quibble. This made me feel a little less foolish for signing up by mistake.

I feel this is a scam, they trick you into thinking that you are getting a package and then you are registered after payment was done, they have a Post Office sign to make you believe it is legit.

I Have been emailing companies All Shop Gifts, Time 2 Gifts, Top Gadet Buys and Alltech shops for taking monies out of my account, In total these four companies have taken €299.20 out of my account without my consent, they have refunded only €20.85 with a balance still outstanding of €278.35. I only bought goods from one of these companies but yet they all take the same amount and at the same time which makes me believe they are all the same company. Even though I have emailed my concerns and have been told these accounts have been cancelled and that I will be refunded they have continued to take money from my account. I have no other option now but to take legal action.

I had a very easy and prompt reply in the live chat from one of the operators at Allshopgifts today regarding my recent purchase. They were very kind and helpful and sorted my query in a matter of minutes. I was happy with their service and the respect they show their customers.
