Regardless of what you order, you’ll get something in the box.

Ordered some original LG water filters through Amazon. Super fast delivery, but… not what I ordered.

I contacted their Support over chat, and they promissed they will get back to me the same day to fix the problem, acknowledging something went wrong. Obviously they did not, even 1 day later. Now it is my problem that they put some random parts in my box.

They deserve 1 star for the speed of delivery but miss all the other stars for sending the wrong items and bot-like chat support.
