Product is as described. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it got crushed in tranist. It wass wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap, but putting it in another box would have been better.

Re ordering
I ordered a pair of trainers for a Christmas present. Unfortunately the wrong size was sent first time. I waited till after new year to contact the store but they were very helpful & apologetic on the matter. The store manger contacted me also during the week of returns to see that I got my package ok.

Wrong colour
Wrong colour, photo is purple they sent bright pink now i have to pay to send back also took 6 weeks for a pair of football socks

As per our website, and apologies if you missed this, Teamwear orders, which your item is from, can take 8-15 working days to be dispatched. This is stated on the product page, t's & c's and the checkout page. So your order was dispatched accordingly and in fact on the 11th working day. Granted this was the 22nd of December which is probably the reason the delivery end of things may have taken longer due to the postal companies working on a skeleton staff over the Christmas/New Year period.

After initial disappointment pleased that issue was resolved
Update to my original review:
Following my earlier negative review, the company owner got in touch with me directly. It transpired that my emails had gone into their junk folder hence the lack of reply. The missing shoe was found on shop floor display and posted out to me promptly. I now have a happy child with his new shoes. I would use this company again now following satisfactory resolution of the issue. However only awarding 4 stars as disappointing that the situation arose in the first place.
Original review: I purchased a pair of toddler shoes for my 2‑year‑old for Christmas. When he opened the box on Christmas day, there was only one shoe inside. I immediately emailed the company and followed up twice more. No acknowledgement, no replacement, no refund, no apology, nothing.
A children’s product arriving incomplete shows poor fulfillment and quality control; failing to respond after three emails shows nonexistent customer care. If you value reliability, avoid this retailer. I’m now out of pocket, still don’t have a pair of new shoes for my growing toddler, and worst of all, my memories of Christmas are ruined by seeing his initial excitement on opening the shoe box turn to confusion that there was only one.
