I purchased when there were three services I think I only had a month with 3 services then down to 1 and then 2 , they came out with some bs that one of their team died and his laptop had all of the information regarding service 2 or 3 or something like that.
Their customer service is absolutely dreadful and they are plain rude keyboard warriors to deal with , - Absolutely Vile people avoid at all costs their product is poor it buffers regularly and channels go offline I have internet speeds of 1.2 gbps I didn’t renew. an absolute sh&t service, you have been warned but I suppose some people will have to find out the hard way with these nasty pieces of work.
