Absolute scam

Absolute scam - caught me out while downloading the justpark app used by the council. Just happened to check my internet history- and saw this on my list. Then I received two emails from this company stating I had sign up to the site at £24 every month - it’s a scam.
Cancelled my bank card immediately and informed my bank. Be aware it catches you out.

These scammers also duped my wife while…

These scammers also duped my wife while she was trying to park. She thought she was downloading the car park app. But it was alltainment advert that jumped in front. She’s tried everything to cancel the subscription with no luck! So if you have been scammed quickly call your bank and tell them about the scam and they will block the card and and it will be cancelled along with your card. Unfortunately if they have taken the money you may lose that because you authorised it. We have notified the banks fraud department and they are investigating this dodgy company. Total disgrace! These crooks should be locked up.

Scam..Got Caught As Well

Same happened to me..thought paying for parking on app at colwyn bay. Bank text me 5 days after the event when this scam was trying to take 24.99 out my account. Bank blocked payment and asked me to confirm if it was me making the payment. I got an email from company saying sorry you have cancelled your subscription. Four days later got an email welcoming my subscription. I cancelled my card as well . I have now blocked emails also but no doubt they will still find away of emailing. You must cancel your card and request new one to be safe. Will avoid parking apps at all costs.

SCUM

They can help by handing themselves in to the police, preferably in Russia. Tell your bank as soon as you know their con game & before they take the money. Report them to Visa fraud. They'll only change their name & continue but at least you'll make them jump & take time off from cheating innocent people. This is not what the internet is for. They should not be allowed to trade. When will something be done? Absolute scum.

Is there any way to stop this happening and coming out bank account? I went on to a CD keys website to purchase a Playstation games pass. It all seemed legit and then it asked me to create account. It seems I have been scammed as the link was for Alltainment and I have an email to say I have become a member and will have money taken out each month. Weirdly I had a notification from my bank to say £1 charged to my card but can't see it on statement. This scam site has my debit card details and security code etc!

Duped into joining

I was selling an item through Shpock online and had to put my bank details in to get the money from the buyer, I ended up with a subscription to alltainment and £24.99 taken from my bank by someone in Cypress! Beware of both of these sites. My bank won’t refund because I entered my details even though I thought it was for shpock to pay me!

ALLTAINMENT are Scammers

ALLTAINMENT - DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY. This firm is a complete scam. I clicked on this in error as it was on the Application for US Visa website, it quite clearly stated that no money would be taken. But the payment was logged by the fraud department of my bank almost immediately, although the money had not left my account. After looking up this firm on Trust Pilot, I now find that it is a total scam and also linked to some parking apps, well now they pop up on the US visa website. when linking to the photo upload stage. Please be aware of this.

Like others, tried to download the APCOA parking app and ended up with Alltainment. Money taken out of my bank - £24.99 under the name of NWRNIA.com, based in Larnaca. makes you feel pretty stupid. Lloyds bank were brilliant and paid me the money back within 5 minutes of the conversation. Beware, everyone!

Scammed very easily without my realising it

As was the experience of most people who have left reviews here, I downloaded an app (for parking, in my case), put my credit card details in and then was shocked to see that I'd inadvertently subscribed to Alltainment who seem to be some kind of media company based in Larnaca. I rang them with no success so cancelled my credit card. I did eventually get through Alltainment and they agreed to cancel my subscription but it's very clearly a scam. I think I'm fairly savvy when it comes to not falling for scams but this was so slick, it completely took me for a fool.

Alltainment subscription scam on back of parking app

I had to download the pay to park app as the car park ticket machine wasn't working and inadvertantly signed up to this Alltainment subscription. Emailed them straight away to cancel, just got a auto reply back, then hey presto a week later i'm £24.99 worse off. Phoned them, no reply, so have had to get the bank to get it back and stop any further transactions from them. Scumbags.

Same issue - different App - tell your friends

Similarly, I was on Marine Traffic App, and this "OK" banner came up just above where my Marine Traffic App, was offering "unlock for free", I thought ( without my glasses !! on the iPhone !! ) this was part of my App. Having looked at this again in the clear daylight, and my glasses on, I can see that this was an advertising banner, very strategically placed within the whole view ( so not at the top or bottom - but within the area of my App ). In the banner, I can read in hindsight, click OK, Activate your Account, Access your Content. But then in much smaller and fainter letters, you can see Movies, Music, Games and Audiobooks. And "ALLTAIN...". This is very frustrating and I am amazed that Apple or legitimate Apps, allow these ( what I now know as ) advert banners to be placed well within the "using" of their App. Similarly I have asked my credit card company to cancel the transaction and monthly debit, and also cancelled my card.
