I bought a sweatshirt at the beginning of December 2025 and paid for it by credit card. Supposedly, I should have received an email when the item was shipped and I should have been able to track the shipment via an app. But neither of these promises were kept. All my inquiries to customer support went unanswered. To date, I have not received the goods and my money is gone. Stay away from this company. Unfortunately, it's all a scam.

I placed order #9157 for a sweatshirt on Mon, Nov 10, 2025, paying €85.28 EUR. On Thu, Dec 4, 2025, I contacted customer service and they replied: "the estimated shipping time is 6–8 weeks from the date the order was placed."

Four months later, the sweatshirt still hasn’t arrived. I wrote again on Mon, Jan 19, Thu, Jan 22, and Thu, Feb 26, but customer service completely ignored me.

This is outrageous. They took my money, lied about shipping, and now refuse all communication. I would call this a scam, and I strongly warn anyone against ordering from them.
