I was trying to book parking online. Next thing I know I have an email saying I have subscribed to this site and £1 pending from my account, which has now been taken. Another £6 was taken and not sure why. I contacted them immediately- they respond quickly but only to tell you your account has been cancelled within their terms and conditions. No refund due though despite having the account for 5 minutes!! Obviously as I didn’t sign up to them, this means nothing. It doesn’t matter how many times you tell them you don’t want it or the account and how many times they tell you your account is cancelled, they claim you have subscribed. My bank is aware and am waiting to see if the payment goes out.

Fraud - I scanned a QR code at parking meter (Matlock Train station).

Paid for what I thought was the parking charge - only to find out 4 days later it was a subscription to this website and another with identical subscriptions!!

Do not use this is a complete scam

FRAUD never ever buy anything or enter a competition through socials / Facebook, this lot set me up with a subscription and then promptly sold my card details, thankfully my bank picked up the fraud so when they tried to use my card within minutes of the fraud my bank rejected it and are not sending the initial money for the so called subscription. Bank card cancelled, removed from all sites, money refunded, well done Lloyds Bank.

My problem was resolved efficiently by the support team, and I’m very pleased with the service.

When I saw an add on Facebook I tried to purchase some staff which ended up to be a subscription fee only and theres no order placed, then they started to charge me for top ups without my consent although I requested to cancel my membership!!

*** Update*** I received an email from them asking me to change my review to a positive one then they will process a refund of what have been withdrawn from my credit card while on the same time they tried to reuse my credit card without my consent for one more time. FRAUD!!!

I am happy with the quality of their products.Thanks to their team for helping me choose the best clothes with a very great quality. Their customer service is out of this world. Thank you so much for the great service.

They put fraud announcement and take money from you credit card!!
And they again take money few months later!! Be careful guys
