Tried their smart clock with security camera. It did not work and I was never able to get it to work. I've been trying for a month to get a return and they keep trying to tell me I'm not setting it up correctly and after weeks of going back and forth they offered me 50% of my money back and I keep the clock that doesn't work.
Don't buy it, it's a piece of junk.

Placed an order over two weeks ago, they took my money immediately, and have not provided a tracking number or any sign that the product will actually arrive. At this point I can only write it off as a complete scam and have disputed all charges with my credit card company.

Scamers.

I order a charger, I paid extra for delivery after 3 day they texted me that my order was not completed. I check bank account and I was charged but they fail to deliver the item. Never got back to me and 10 day later the charge is there had to cancel my credit card for these scamers

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyers beware. The camera came a month late, it did not work, does not even come with instructions, it is in military time and just does not function. I returned it. They told my credit card company they never received it. I have an email stating that they did in fact get the merchandise back. This company needs to be put out of business!

Scam. Took my Money on March 23. Order number 18687. As of April 5. No respond to customer service phone number. I lost $104. Scam do not believe anything you see about All trends.

Total Scam. Will say out of stock and if you request refund says your order was never completed. I HATE SCAMMERS THEY SHOULD BE CAUGHT AND SHOT!!

Beware: Company has stolen my money. Don't let it happen to you. They even accepted the return and then never refunded the money on top of it all. Now have to go through the credit card company to try and get my money back.

This is a Chinese level brand pop up online store. The items they sell are copied and mimicked from other similar online sites. The app is cheap and not sufficient. The tech they sell is poorly packaged and extremely overpriced and extremely cheap. This is a terrible company and more terrible products.

I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY. THERE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK! I SENT THERE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM TWO MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! I HAD TO DESPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK. I FOLLOWED THERE RETURN POLICY TO A TEE, AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY BANK. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR SUCERTY CAMERA NEEDS! YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THERE PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM! CONSUMERS BEWARE.

I can't tell you not to buy from "ALLTRENDSUSA.com", All I can do is warn you based on my own personal experience. As far as I am concerned, this company is untrustworthy and I DO NOT RECOMMEND" them or any other of their companies such as theheliusshop.com that sells camping equipment. They seem to use names that are very similar to other companies and I believe that is part of the deceit used to confuse people. They have these companies under an LLC and these LLC's are closed and reestablished with a new name on an annual basis. This is yet one more reason not to trust them. I found a lot of this information after they ripped me off for shipping charges even though they claim free shipping and free returns.

The MatriX is a piece of crap and does not work as described on their website.

ALLTRENDSUSA claims to be Manufacturers of their cameras but as far I am concerned the only proprietary item is the box the merchandise is placed inside off because their name is on it. You can probably have the same camera shipped to you from China for about $3.00.
