No reply to messages

If, according to their email my opinion matters, then maybe they should answer my email or WhatsApp message.

I was charged an extra £61 on customs import tax although the UK website says nothing about having to pay this. I presumed that the £9.99 carriage charge I paid was all I would have to pay. Nowhere on the site does it say that customs charges will have to be paid.

They have not replied to my email regarding this matter. BEWARE when using the UK site. It is misleading and false giving the impression that goods are from the UK. Trisuit turned out to exceptionally expensive indeed.

Big problems with delivery

Courier company hazzled with the bike delivery and it was returned to Alltricks. I need to make another order to had bike deliver to home.
Alltricks customer service respond times were realy slow. Several days per response.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service.
Returned a bike as unwanted. Still unopened in box. Returned via local courier as I was told to using the address and return reference as provided. Returned on August 11th from Ireland to the return address given. Now Sept 23rd and still no refund.

Numerous calls to customer service and one of which telling me the bike was received back to them (as of Monday 15/9/25) but now claim it’s not been received so contradicting themselves entirely.

Utter joke.
They have €944 of my money being held without issuing the refund for now 6+ weeks 😮

Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a hoody, which was unfortunately delayed by the supplier. Twice i received an updated delivery date. In the end, All Tricks cancelled my order. Then i received an email saying the hoody was back in stock, so I placed an order. only to be told it is delayed again. Just sort out your supply chain, for gods sake!

Buyer beware.

Delivery wasn’t the quickest but the main issue was they sent the wrong colour of top. After a couple of emails they finally responded to just send item back. No mention of replacement to correct order. I paid £9.95 for delivery.
Won’t be using them again.
