I bought a bike expecting delivery in 3 days as stated on their site. A week later, the tracking shows no handover to the transport company. Contacting customer service yielded no respons.
Does customer service exist with this e shop? Disappointing experience so far!

After responce of support departement I got my refund. Thank you kindly Alltricks.
My only question now is why did Altricks not respond to my emails?
In that case there would not be a negative review on my account.
I quess it happens when people work.
So I adjust my rating.
I bought an article wich was a too small size for me.
So I returned the article to Alltricks.
But I never recieved a conformation that the article was arrived at Altricks.
So I tried to contact the dutch helpdesk of Alltricks. But Alltricks has no dutch helpdesk avialable because they are apparantly internally busy like the website reveils. I had to contact the english supportdesk.
Before that I called the helpdesk in France. After 10 minutes waiting for an employee I gave up.
After that I send twice an email to English supportdesk, in both dutch as english, but Alltricks never responded.
This is the worst experience I ever had with an internet supplier.
Ordering at Alltricks works quite well as proven that upcoming two articles that I ordered came to me like a charm.
But returning an article and getting your money back seems to be a drama in my case.
For now it's such a failure of Alltricks that wil cost me probally a lot of money.

I ordered some stuff 3 weeks ago. I paid with paypal with the correct adres. But Alltricks messed up the adres so the parcel cannot be delivered. Like some people already mentioned before: no telephone, no reaction at all! My parcel seems to stuck some where, but I cannot ask Alltrick they don't answer nothing! I want a refund. I ordered a swim suit which was damaged, I did sent it back, I never heard anything and until now I did not get any answers to my mail. So untiul now the money is gone. It looks like I am not the only one., 1 week further and still no money and no answers to all my questions,
I would not recommend to order something here.

I’ve ordered climbing shoes from alltricks. After them not being delivered I contacted alltricks with all information. They send me 1 message (Kattina) that they were working on it, but did not correspond afterwards. Even though I sent them multiple messages explainjng my situation.
I have no other way to reach them (no phone number on their website). So I am in the dark on what to do.
I recommend everyone to NOT order on this website, if something happens with your order they don’t seem to care one bit.

The delivery and price were very good. However, their costumer service is terrible. I sent a message to them on 4th of July, they did not respond. I sent another on 11th of July. Still don't have any response.

I ordered a 3k mountainbike in march ‘23. Delivery was swift, but the frame had some paint defects as a result of (my take) the protective tape on the frame. Filed a complaint at customer support. Initial, non-substantial responses were swift, but when I uploaded pictures of the defect, all reactions stopped. Additional messages asking for an answer/reaction have since been ignored completely. By now my complaint is about 3 months old, with no reaction whatsoever.
Extremely bad service, unworthy of the great bike that I bought (Mondraker podium Carbon).

Made an order, payment with paypal worked, but no confirmation or order in my account.
They are impossible to contact, no answer on mail, no answer on the phone. Been more than 10 days, and still don't know what to do with my order.

I recently bought a bycicle online with a very good discount, which has been delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Although I have read some negative rewievs about Alltricks,and I was a little bit skeptical, I am happy that I have trusted them and everything worked out very good. I am very happy with the customer service as well. They reply very fast to the e-mail and they are friendly and professional! I definetly recommend !!!
