Please don’t go to this place if you have a old vintage amplifier, paid £45 for a diagnostic check , nearly 7 weeks later I phoned to be told he had not looked at it , then he said he had the top off and needed all new capacitors at a cost of £500 , john said he lost his audio engineer and had a back log of 2 months ,no phone call at all , don’t even know if he looked at the amplifier, a let down of a company and a waist of time money and travel

John carried out an inspection of my television after there being complications with another repair service. He gave me a thorough report and much needed helpful advice. He also took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Alltronics and I have no hesitation that Alltronics is the first place I will come to in the future with any repair work.

Excellent advice and guidance.Old fashioned service you don't get very often in this sector these days.

Fantastic repair to my Marantz hi fi amp. Sounds better than it ever did!

I was robbed of £85 by this company.
I called this company as it is near me in (Southend-on-Sea). Explain to him the problem I have with my electronic control box. he said yes no problem bring it in.
I know electronic is hidden job, SO I put a hidden mark on the PCB board (where the fault is) so that I know if he really worked on it.
He kept the box for 2 weeks then called left message "It is fix and ready to collect".
As I cannot test the box at his shop because it has to be connected to another machine.
To my utter surprise when I got home I checked and the mark still in tacked which indicate the PCB never been touched or opened or lifted.
The guy did not even open the box or looked at it at all, and guess what he charged £85
And off course the Electronic box still not working after connecting it.
It was a bitter experience, I felt so angry, but off course not much I can do, but to write this review and hope that people with genuine experience with this company to write more reviews.
