Beautiful bath mats , great communication & excellent customer service when we needed it as one of the mats has a fault showing just over a month old I sent pictures & a request for a solution on Friday evening & first thing Monday had an offer of a new item or a refund we’ve chosen the replacement as these mats are lovely

Would definitely recommend using this website. The items were delivered within 2 days of being ordered. They are exactly as shown online. The towels are lovely & soft and the bath mat is soft and thick, very nice underfoot. Such vibrant colours too. So pleased with my purchase and going to order some more 😊

In one way my experience was not so great but it was not Allure's fault. Unfortunately or order got very held up/lost in the courier's warehouse. However Allure were very kind and helpful in trying to sort it out.
I took a while to research and find just the bathroom mats I needed and yours were the best I found on the internet and also I am so pleased that now they have arrived (sadly not in time for the influx of guests I had); they are of very good quality and I am pleased to have them.
