We booked and fully paid for a Rolls Royce with Allure Limousines (also trading as Belle Limousines same ABN), exactly 24 hours prior to the wedding at 2pm, another booking confirmation arrived by email with a 5-seater stretch (think gangster) Jaguar confirmed. No prior warning, no apology, a very aggressive owner Matt on the phone when my daughter phoned him. We had no choice other than to proceed although literally at 7pm that same day less than 20 hours before the wedding we managed to find another Rolls. The other two amazing and professional companies we used for a replacement Rolls Royce and 5 x BMWs said Allure Limousines do this all the time - they double book the Rolls and send an alternative so late there is no other option. They rely on the fact you won’t see their email or notice the swap and if you call them they will tell you it's their most popular car. They never once called us to let us know. This company is shoddy, aggressive and predatory in their tactics. They rely on the fact that they have you cornered at the very last minute before a wedding without a choice to do anything about it. DO NOT USE THEM.

Not at all impressed with the company owner’s attitude. After being sent the wrong limousine on my wedding day I tried to investigate what happened - a simple “hey just checking what happened?” After no response for days and claiming not to have received my message, I called and was met with nothing but a poor attitude, excuses, and zero apology. I didn’t even want a refund or money back, just establish what went wrong - an absolute joke really. Beware if you have to deal with the owner. Side note - the limo we did get was ok (albeit not the correct one) and driver, Patricia, was great. One star due to the way my complaint was handled.

Our driver showed up at the exact time scheduled. The driver was very nice and the rides to and my sons home to the church and then to the venue was perfect. I would definitely use Allure limo again

We had an absolutely wonderful time with Allure limousines. Our driver was fantastic. Even though we just had a short booking (for a birthday treat during the first stages of COVID restrictions being lifted) we were treated to all the bells and whistles. My family, nieces and nephews had a brilliant time. The limo was presented immaculately. We will definitely be coming back in the future if we have more limo required occasions. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Great experience all round. Only drawback was one of the drivers in the 24 seat limo kept lowering the volume in the truck.
