This is a follow-up of my previous Review dated 15th December 2024. Clearly annoyed that I had gone public he sent an EMail to my wife on the 25th November 2024 saying the order was on its way. As of the 9th of January still not received. This leaves my wife no alternative but to contact the Office for Fair Trading. We are both of an age where monies matter to us.

Really disappointing experience with this seller.

Ordered clothing items as part of my Partners Christmas present. As the website was advising there was a cut off date for the Christmas period I assumed this meant it would be sent out then at the latest.

It seems from other reviews this is not the case, and I was a silly goose for making such a simple assumption.

Seems that there is a pattern of the owner not being able to keep up with the demand of orders and basic customer service. Still none the wiser as to when I can expect my order due to the lack of response and the replies of telling people to be stoic or screw the nut and it’s on the way is hardly taking accountability and actually resolving the situation.

If you’re overwhelmed by orders; limit them. Don’t start promoting yourself or implementing new product lines until you’re sorted with what you got. Just doesn’t make business sense!!

I’m all for supporting a small business especially one of this nature but not at the expense of myself being out of pocket.

Awesome designs from ally blokes. Personalised my order without me asking. Even made my mom very happy (not untowardly).

Can only assume from other poor reviews the blokes got a day job alongside and occasionally lets things slip. But I'm confident a gentle nudge will get you squared away 👍

I ordered the Fighting Cockerel T Shirt back in Feb 2024 and despite numerous email I have NOT received this t shirt. This is very poor service!

Do Not order from these Charlatans, if they really needed my £30 , I'd have helped with any veteran. Clearly we are not all the same . Shame on you for obtaining money by deception.

In May 2024 I bought a t shirt as I was keen to support the veteran community but sadly let down. Lots of excuses on Facebook and Instagram but nothing ever showed up. His general melchitt stickers are funny but in reality allyness.com's motto is "f### the blokes" and I bet Gary at Dragon Supplies got his order fulfilled but yes,,,, "f### the blokes",,,,. Ex rifles so I gather, 'swift and bold' apparently which is sort of true. He's swift at accepting your cash but bold about not bothering to send you what you've paid for after 4 months. I suspect he will be out of business soon as he's shut his cafe, selling unused materials online and screwing punters over so I'm expecting him to go out if business soon which is genuinely a pity but hey life goes on.

My advice is to keep your money in your pocket.

Absolute horrendous communication can’t arrange orders to save himself. Using the excuse of I’m a one man band isn’t really good enough either expand your business or don’t bother your wasting peoples time then you beg online for good reviews

Great service from a 1 man band! Putting out ally media in the information sphere and morale boosting products. When it's busy this one man army does his best to keep things going, so sometimes patience is needed, but well worth the wait!.

Not a recent experience to be fair but my partner is having the exact same issues as I did…

Ordered 2 stickers and it took 5 months for them to come. Messaged the bloke a number of times and he either fobbed me off with an excuse or promised me a tracking number that was never given. When they did finally arrive they weren’t even the ones I ordered. I can understand it’s a lot of pressure when you’re single handedly running a business but come on 5 months to send 2 stickers then lying on messages?! No paying customer is going to put up with that.

My partner is currently going through the exact same problem and yet still being fobbed off

Ordered a few things from the website. Everything turned up. There was a delay, messaged them direct and the owner responded faster than the duty biff with his biff chit.

I’ve been more than happy with the T-shirts I’ve received. Good quality design and feel to the Ts.

Owner couldn’t have been more helpful with replies and respond to messages in good time.

A veteran owned business everyone should get behind!

I’ve ordered several items from this site, they’ve always turned up. Yeah it’s took a while but that’s life. I’ve contacted the seller before regarding my items, and they got back to me and gave me reasons for delay etc. Every single item ordered turned up. No complaints from me.
The items are mega quality. Unique designs and look great. Recently ordered the Market Garden hoodie and its quality.
We should be supporting our Veterans not knocking them down.

Not just a terrible company the blokes an actual criminal. Takes payment and delivers nothing. Then lies and sends fake tracking information for items that he hasn't even sent.

Refuses to provide goods or a refund. I genuinely have no idea how he's getting away with it.

They finally replied after I posted this with an email saying

“ stop shitting yourself , it’s on route “

I presume they mean “ en route “

They’ve been saying this for weeks now

Worse than useless. Constantly fobbed off with excuse after excuse. Don’t fall for their waffle about ‘allyness’ and spend your money elsewhere. Over 2 weeks waiting for items paid for.

Order T shirt in February 2024 still getting fobbed off as item not received. Doesn’t reply to emails and rarely responds to social media messages. Such a poor standard.

Ordered £180 worth of kit, never arrived, fobbed off with a lame excuse, stopped messaging when I started chasing and asking for my money back. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

I have taken the extra step of now taking out a civil claim against the business. Not something I've done lightly, but I'm not prepared to get ripped off by a fellow veteran (if he is one).

Minus starts would be a better reflection of this company. I thought I may be an anomaly but looking at these reviews clearly not. The bloke running this has zero customer service. Doesn't reply to emails/messages despite constantly posting on instagram advertising himself as veteran owned and supporting veterans and serving. All while directly rodding off his customers who are from that exact same group of people. I ordered a sticker which granted isn't a lot and it has never arrived, sent several emails and messages of which about two have been replied to saying "ill look in to it" "I have been overwhelmed with orders" without ever actually being given an update. The tracking also doesn't work. Money that has just been thrown away, thankfully not a lot but it seems many people have been cheated out of a lot of money. Shocking service and he should be ashamed of himself. Everyone understands that there will be delays with a small business but this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If you run a business then you should be expected to provide service, if you don't then you should be held accountable. Being veteran owned or anything of the like isn't an excuse.

Hate to winge but it is what it is. Been waiting almost six months for my order, placed on 18th jan 2024. Every time i contact the owner i get rodded off or given excuses. I ask for updates and get nothing back. Keep getting lied to with no responses nor will he acknowledge my refund request. £40 i’ll probs never see again.
