Cheap non-refundable China Garbage

Item took almost a month to receive. It looks like a domestic company so this can be deceiving. When I received the item it was not a knit sweater as described, it was a stamped piece of cheap fabric. The description even said it was part wool, which it is not. Awful looking! I said I wanted to return and they said I was responsible for shipping to their warehouse in China. It does not say anything about this on their return policy; it just says you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Then they offered me a 75% credit for some other crappy piece of garbage on their website. This place is awful - do not buy!!!!!!!

This is 100% a SCAM!

This is 100% a SCAM!! The product was nothing like the photo and the return is terrible. You would have to send it back to China. This pisses me off as they should not be allowed to sell any products! SCAM!!! I would give it a 0 stars if I could.

Total Scam

Wrote earlier 1 star review saying fabric was not stated cotton, very polyester feel. Website implies it's based in England, but when I tried to return found out it's in China. They gave me two choices, 1) return at my expense (questionable if it would ever be credited) or 2) accept 30% of what I paid and keep product. I cut my losses and did the latter.

Scam!!!!

Scam! I have been waiting on a jacket for quite some time. I have followed the tracking information and just as it was supposed to be delivered there was a problem with the address. First the company claims to be in the UK. It is in China. Now it is showing fake shipping info. I live in Arkansas. After the wrong delivery info it has now been returned to the "original sender" in Illinois. What?! Oh, and they want a 25% restock fee to give me a refund or shipping charges to send a new one. I'm going to my bank today to dispute charges.

Very, very, very late delivery

My husband ordered me a coat for Christmas. The coat was ordered on 11/28/25 and arrived on 1/5/26. It took 38 days to arrive. Mid December I cancelled the order. Apparantly, my cancellation request was ignored. I received the coat today. Not a good business model

My coat order experience with Alma Hansen...

My experience with Alma Hansen was very disappointing, and I am left wondering if this is a legitimate company. I ordered a burgundy wool blend coat on 11/30/25 that took approximately three weeks to arrive. However, when it did arrive, it was nothing as pictured or advertised on their website. The coat came in a small plastic ziplock bag; it was very unprofessional and cheap packaging (no company name, address etc). The package was also very light in weight confirming the thin material of the coat; the coat's interior was incomplete, showing only seams and came without a lining. The belt for the coat was unusually small; about half the length of a normal belt that comes with a coat. I have emailed Alma Hansen's customer service which they provide in their email, however, I have not received a response to date. BUYER PLEASE BE WARNED!

Do NOT buy anything from this company

Why oh why didn’t I read these reviews before I purchased anything from this scam company?

My experience is trying to return a truly atrocious article of clothing which isn’t easy.

In order to return it, they need me to take pictures of it, and all tags, and the bag it came in.

I took the item out of the bag. I tried it on. I put it back in the bag and started a return.

They will not tell me where to return it until I’ve sent pictures.
WHAT??
The only sign of any kind of a tag on this item was an upside down L sewn into it, no care instructions no paperwork in the bag.
You need to make your return within 30 days, but they make it so ridiculously hard that it’ll never happen in 30 days, and then I will have missed my return window.
What’s this called? Bait and switch or just swindling?

All I wanted to do was return this item, you know like a normal online purchase.

My recommendation is, although their clothes look really cute, the item I received is cheaply made, it looks nothing like what I ordered and the size tag was sown in upside down.
Need I say more?

Do not order from here

This site is a scam. Sadly I saw these reviews right after I placed my order I then emailed customer service and ask for the order canceled and my money refunded and it's been 36 hrs and no reply. Do not order from them. I will be disputing the transaction with my card and changing my card #.

I still have not received my order and…

I still have not received my order and it has been 2 months (Nov 2nd). I sent them the confirmation of a Lost Package thru USPS and I have yet to hear back from them besides the generic reply. They are giving me the run around and ignoring my requests. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...SCAM!!!!

My husband order me a long sleeveless…

My husband order me a long sleeveless vest. Was NOTHING like the website description! Took over 3 weeks to come. Wrong color, incredibly cheaply made from cheap materials - looked liked something one would make in a high school sewing class with loose threads and wonky zippers. No labels on the insides. Piece of Shit


This website is a scam . It took 18 days to get my order . I ordered 2 goose down coats , 1 size XL and 1 size 2 XL . When the package arrived it was in a small bag that looked like it had been opened up a few times . The coats were flatter than a 6 yo boys chest . I'm 5ft 6 and 170 lbs. The 2XL was too small , it looked like it came from the children's department of a cheap store like Telco . The knock offs on Canal St. are better quality .

Absolutely HORRIBLE product

Absolutely HORRIBLE product - didn't look anything like the photos on the website. Cheap plastic materials for a $72 boot that looked like leather in the pictures. Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I recently purchased a XL coat for my wife when the coat arrived it was cut really small, so it didn't fit her. When I reached to them, they gave me the option to return the coat at my expense, or they would issue me a gift card $75. I accepted the gift card and made another purchase with the gift card under $75, and they would not honor it. They tried to get me for some money. I would strongly advise anyone not to buy anything from this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase.
