This is just unfair, I recently placed an order from this website, but have not received a confirmation email and the money is taken out from my account but it doesn’t show up. I would recommend everyone to be careful with this site

Placed an order recently. Unfortunately only received a confirmation email confirming my order. A week past with no updates of my order was shipped. Chased the organisation for an update but there was no response. Emailed them again and saw the reviews here. By my surprise they already refunded me the amount there was a slight difference but I guess this was due to the currency. The clothes looked amazing online but unfortunately they don’t have any in stock - will avoid shopping from here. At the same I was grateful that the organisation refunded.

I had such an awful experience on the website I ordered so many modest dresses I only received an email for my confirmation and no email of dispatchment or anything either then later on like a week later they emailed me saying the products I had bought were all out of stock and will give me a refund which I still have not received and matter of fact the product was not out of stock or anything when I bought it and they’re all still up on the website for me to purchase again. Almachic is a scam and has the worst business management ever.

this shop is fake and a scam

please beware before you buy from them. they steal images from other shops like nueta.id which is a real shop and pretend the products are their own. you will never receive your order, these are scammers

I had similar experiences as other people that have reviewed this shop. I ordered 4 dresses for around 90€. Unfortunately I only read reviews about the page after I had already ordered. I was also very skeptical because their page doesn’t offer a refund or cancellation option so I emailed them to please cancel or refund my order. It took a few days for them to answer but I got my full refund. They gave me the same reason as everyone else, that the items were out of stock (mind you they don’t mention on their website if something is out of stock).
I wouldn’t trust this website, please be careful where you order from!! :-)

Ive seen someone else have the same experience. I placed an order for many items and received an incomplete refund, their reason being that all items were out of stock - this was not the case when i ordered. Do not order from here.

i wish i could rate this 0 stars. their entire business is awfully unprofessional. i placed an order of a lot of dresses that were IN STOCK. i had to constantly email them asking for updates since they were so unprofessional, i didn’t receive any updates, until they finally messaged saying that they’re unable to deliver my package because it’s ‘out of stock’. keep in mind i already placed the order previously when everything was IN STOCK and i PAID. after messaging FIRST, they then proceeded to say it was due to the fact that they are in high demand and attempted to send me to another page to place the SAME order through another website, instead i chose a refund. AGAIN, i had to email them asking for updates on my refund. they gave my refund way too many weeks later and then didn’t even refund the correct amount. i emailed them once again, demanding the correct amount and still NO response. this business is unprofessional, out of touch, and lacks basic business etiquette. quite frankly they’re disappointing.
