The customer service was excellent, I had sent my dress to my old address. They were able to help me re route it. It arrived about 12 days from order. It’s beautiful quality, material and fit. It comes in a beautiful satin bag. I’m very pleased with my order.

Not off to a great start...
My first issue is the lack of response. I tried calling customer service several times only to be disconnected or often just silence. I emailed Almond Muse since 3/18 looking for confirmation and an update on my order that has been stuck in "label created" for two weeks now. My second issue is that I am not sure if I was scammed. The "viral" dress in white, size medium has been sold out for days. I got an advertisement saying that the dress I wanted is available if I purchase shipping protection. After trying to remove the shipping protection several times, I gave up and got out of the screen. When I went back, the dress was no longer in my cart and said sold out when I searched for it. Then I get an email stating I left items in my cart and lo and behold, its my dress in the right size and color even though it said sold out but I must purchase the shipping protection. So I purchased it. When I received my confirmation, it says the right dress, color and size but the pictures is of a yellow dress and now its been over two weeks and no update on shipping or response from Almond Muse.

This is scam
I tried to cancel my order, after 10 min of submitting. I had to tell them 3 times via mail “please cancel it, I don’t want your discounts etc”. They won’t do it. Finally they answer that they will return my money, but they didn’t do it. So I ask my bank for help and I have my money now. This is a scam, please don’t trust them!!!

It’s been six days since I ordered and no update on shipping. All it says is label created. I am graduating soon and really needed the dress for pictures and the event. I have emailed and no response. Sadly I will not be shopping with them again.

Scamming site be aware
26.03.26 - they clearly care about negative review on public channel than replying to my email asking about what to do with their non-existent return address. BEAWARE when you purchase, don’t get scooped by the flashing discount prices. It is not even about my returns do not meet their quality assurance or not - Royal Mail simply returns the parcel, because the address is non-existent and no one from their side could help.
This company is functioning as a scammer. Its small prints say no cash refund for any discounted products but all of their products are on discount all the time - so you are forced to take credit refunds and that’s the only possibility. Return process is a PAIN - i shipped the products to the return address provided in Slovakia, but Royal Mail advised that this is a non-existent address.
It is against Uk law to force customers to take credit return only. Don’t know how it passes the compliance check for it to be advertised on Instagram and YouTube - this company clearly has paid a lot of money to put ads on these channels so they can trick more customers.
So, be aware before you purchase, treat your purchase as a one-off purchase - no return or no exchange would be possible.
Also the quality of the products is just so so - it’s nothing as good as it advertised on the website.

I ordered 3 dresses and received 2.
I ordered 3 dresses from the by two get one sale on Feb. 12th - thinking "wow, these would be great for the event I'm attending 3.5 weeks from now!" with their site stating quick shipping I was excited and hopeful.
Though I should have listened to my intuition buying these through instagram... the dresses arrived on March 13th - after my event happened, and I'm missing one of them.
These are not made in the US, and it took two weeks to ship from overseas, I'm afraid I'm going to end up with a letter from FedEx notify me that I owe them more for shipping because of the damn tarriffs.
When you receive your tracking information, through shoppay, it looks like the company is located in NY ... it is in-fact not in NY.
My experience with them:
I reached out the last week of February to check in on the eta, the customer service team said they had an unexpended influx of orders from the sale and they were behind on available product and shipping. I asked if any of the dresses that I had ordered were available and in stock, thinking that even if one showed up I would be good for my event.
They said two of them were available, but that they could not ship anything separately. Because of the inconvenience they said they would add a pair of earrings to my order. Okay, I get it, I own a shop myself and get when things sell out and you have to wait to stock more...
The dresses and the earrings they added to the order arrived on March 16th, long after my event was over - and I'm missing one of the dresses.
I don't order clothes online very often, and thinking nothing of keeping the packaging, I tossed the packaging in the trash and tried on the dresses I did receive.
I reached out to the customer service team to alert them of the missing dress and they have requested images of the packing as well as the products I did receive - assuming to check if the packaging was destroyed in transit if a dress fell out.
I let them know that I no longer had the packaging in my possession and that the packaging was intact when I received the shipment. I did send them photos of the two dresses I received.
They responded with an understanding email and said their team would get back to me in a few days with a resolution.
I just received another email asking for photos of the packaging again - which is completely aggravating.
I have little confidence that I will be receiving the 3rd dress and am starting to think that they offered the sale just to lure customers in and not follow through with the promise.
Dress Quality:
As for the quality of dresses themselves - that's why this post gets 2 stars instead of 1. They are decent, I was surprised. The boning in the corset part is actually there and with a little steam press, these dresses are presentable. The fabric is decent and doesn't feel like a halloween costume.
The Amalfi dress that presents on the website to be a little fluffy in the skirt area, I think if I add a petticoat under it it will complete the look.
The Rosalind dress, unsure if it's my body shape or the dress itself, I have pretty basic measurements, I ordered a Large, the hips and length are fabulous, however the bra area of the dress is far too large for me even with a like two sizes up push up bra. (I am a B cup.) I was really hoping that the corset style top would hug and support my torso - it does not, I likely won't be able to wear it without a potential costume malfunction.

I had a really disappointing experience with Amend Muse.
I purchased a dress that looked beautiful online, but when it arrived, it was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The skirt had none of the puffiness or structure advertised — it looked flat and poorly made. On top of that, the quality felt very cheap and not worth the price at all.
The return process made things even worse. Not only do you have to cover the return shipping yourself (which cost me around $40 AUD), but refunds aren’t straightforward either. I was told they don’t usually offer full refunds and that mine would be an “exception,” which honestly doesn’t inspire confidence.
In today’s online shopping world, most brands offer easy returns and even provide return labels. This experience felt unnecessarily difficult and far from customer-friendly.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them. The quality doesn’t match the expectations set by their website, and the return process is frustrating and costly.
