10/10 experience and dress is superb.

My dress arrived quickly, is great quality and looks amazing!
I've also spoken with the customer support team who have been extremely quick and thorough. Probably the best experience I've had with a business' customer support and service. The sizing does run a little small but I can't complain because they are exchanging it and even gave me options for where I want to exchange the dress and have been amazing and reply quickly! 10/10 for sure. The quality of the dress is superb and it's exactly what is advertised.

The dress fit nicely right out of the package and the colour looked even better in person. I did have to steam it after unpacking, but once I did, it looked perfect. The fabric falls really smoothly and feels soft against the skin. It’s simple in the best way. I’ve already worn it twice this week.

Quality is appalling

Quality is appalling. I recently ordered 3 dresses for a wedding according to their size chart (which is completely inaccurate) after three weeks arranging a replacement only one of these dresses is actually wearable. The fabric is cheap and doesn’t fit well in any area, the website makes the dresses appear much more structured and form fitting than in reality. Overall I am incredibly disappointed especially when regarding the cost of the dresses which would make you believe it was a premium product. Majority of the reviews on their website are repeated word-for-word by different reviewers which makes me believe they are fraudulent.

DO NOT BUY!!!

Please do not buy from this company. Most of these five star reviews you see on their website are from influencers. They remove the 1 star reviews. Absolutely scam of a company. Products came damaged and will only offer store credit.

Update: In response to your statements - of course you can’t control what is written on trust pilot. That’s why you have 45% one star reviews here. However, your own website predominantly has 5 star reviews, which are clearly moderated. Furthermore, I submitted a one star review for the dress I purchased, and it doesn’t show on your website. I just hope future customers don’t fall for this scam.

Regarding communication with your team about this matter, I have repeatedly received the same generic response citing your store-credit policy, with no consideration of the specific issues raised. As such, further attempts to discuss this have been unproductive.

Faulty Product and Does Not Honour their '30-day money-back guarantee'

Ordered their Selene dress with the buy 2 get 1 free deal. The website advertises a “30-day money-back guarantee,” which was not honoured. The products arrived faulty and were significantly different from how they were advertised online. Sizing and colour were inaccurate, and the mesh underneath the dresses stuck out at odd angles. Overall, the dresses appeared poorly constructed, disorganised, and messy.

Almond Muse would only offer store credit and required the consumer to cover all return shipping costs, including an $85 international return fee for faulty items. Although the company advertises free shipping on purchases, this amount is also deducted from the store credit when items are returned.

Notably, all dresses on the website are listed as “on sale.” This appears to be used to limit refunds to store credit only, despite the advertised “30-day money-back guarantee.”

There seems to be many people who have experienced this same issue, and I would suggest reporting their cases to econsumer.gov, the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, or other relevant consumer protection agencies to encourage appropriate action to be taken to help prevent this from happening to others.

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER. Complete waste of money. I fell for the buy 2 get one free not realizing that they don’t do refunds, only exchanges or store credit. The sizes don’t just “run small” they’re complete false advertising. I’m only a 5’3, size 2-4 US, petite and the small ‘Isabella’ glitter dress sits high and tight in my armpits, shows no cleavage bc it’s cut so high (not like the photo) and is so short it actually shows 1” of butt cheeks and bikini area at the bottom. It’s basically sized for a 10 year old girl. The photos show it goes to mid thigh, has cleavage and longer straps. This is not the same dress as the one advertised. Same issue with the maxi version I ordered. In my opinion this should void the “exchange only” policy as it’s not even the same dress. It’s also advertised as “champagne” but it’s the same colour as the gold maxi. As well, the maxi dress has a gap in the stitching at the hip as a defect. In addition it says only regular priced items qualify for refunds, but everything is on sale. So they’re scamming everyone. What am I supposed to do with a store credit when the dresses are cheap garbage?

Do not buy from this company

Extremely disappointed with this company, I purchased two dresses under the buy 2 get a 3rd free, I did not think it implied to myself as I was ordering multiple sizes to get the right fit, I was not promted for this offer, however I was eligible. Neither fitted and they were not willing to refund only offer store credit, the return cost was my responsibility which was a shocking £23 for tracked and signed for. Not only did I pay for the initial delivery and return, I was not offered a refund as I was told they were sale items. Not to mention I did not get a 3rd dress free. Absolute despicable customer service, complete waste of time. Quick to take a customers money. Then offer no help or support following this!
I will add to the response below that I did reach out multiple times and had the same response. They will not help, there policies and information are misleading and not clear once purchase has been made, then they have no reason to offer good customer services.
Whether I receive my storage credit is questionable!!

Deceptive on purpose

Beautiful pieces but sadly didn't fit well and weren't as structured as they look online. They had a 30 day money back guarantee on all items including sale. They refused to honour it and completely ignored the fact that their guarantee is still on their website, plastered all over their sale items as well as their full price items. They also sent me a dress that was faulty, and when I asked why I need to pay return shipping for a faulty dress they ignored me and sent a generic message on their returns policy. Only buy from them if you are prepared to lose the money.

I paid for express shipping because I needed the package quickly. But they didn’t get it to me on the promised time and they refuse to pay back the amount I paid for express shipping . I will never buy anything from there again and neither should anybody else!

Misleading quality & refund refused

Misleading quality & refund refused – disappointing experience.

I ordered four dresses from Almond Muse during a discounted promotion, based on the size guide, customer reviews, and the brand’s repeated claims of high-quality, supportive garments.
I received my order just one day ago, and all items are still unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, the quality is far from what is advertised. The fabrics are extremely thin and feel low-grade, the corset designs provide no bust support at all, the dresses lack structure and shaping, and the sizing is significantly inaccurate despite following the size recommendations. Overall, the dresses fall loosely on the body and look nothing like the product images or descriptions.

I contacted customer support immediately to request a return and refund. While my return was approved, Almond Muse refuses to issue a refund and insists on offering store credit only, hiding behind their “sale items” policy.

What am I supposed to do with store credit when I don’t trust the quality and do not wish to purchase anything else from the brand?

After reading other reviews here, it is clear that this is not an isolated case, especially for customers who purchased during sales or Black Friday offers. This experience feels misleading and unfair, as the products do not match the quality that is heavily promoted on the website.

Very disappointing overall. I would not recommend purchasing, particularly during discounted promotions.

They are scammers

They are scammers. The product quality is very poor, and they refuse to issue refunds for items purchased on sale. Even at a discounted price, the product is not worth it.
