Took months to arrive but did eventually receive my items.

EDITED REVIEW

I bought x2 of the dragons in eggs via a Facebook advert on 23rd March 2024, when I wrote my original review it was 5th May 2024 and still no items received. I’d contacted Aloe-Aura for a refund but just kept getting told that the item would arrive.
I then looked at the reviews on here and it appeared everyone was having the exact same problems with this company!
I didn’t expect the items to arrive so wrote a review advising to avoid this company.
HOWEVER, my items DID EVENTUALLY ARRIVE so the company was not a scam.

I ordered the little dragon in the egg…

I ordered the little dragon in the egg for my grandsons birthday. It took 5 weeks to arrive. It was much smaller than expected and it was cheap plastic tat.... 2 legs fell off immediately. I have been constantly in touch with them and they have offered me £2 back off a £19.99 piece of rubbish. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK!!!

Still not arrived after 8 weeks

After 8 weeks of waiting and four weeks since the order was updated I still have not received the order. I have contacted them several times to be told that they will get the carrier to update the parcel journey, this still hasn't happened. Ultimately I would NEVER suggest anyone buy from this company because I am almost £40 out.of pocket and two very upset grandchildren who.are still.waiting for their Easter gifts to.arrive.

AVOID. Item never arrives

Only put 1 star as I couldn't put none.
Item never received.
Sent from US (but probably didn't actually send). They send tracking info via their own email. I finally got a Royal Mail tracking number but RM have never reveries the item.
Luckily paid via PayPal so got a refund.
Gutted as the dragon looked really cool and was going to be a birthday present for my daughter.
SCAM AVOID

MULTIPLE issues - Overcharged and then no item received

MULTIPLE issues, ultimately item never arrived.
Thankfully I paid through PayPal so it can all be resolved (I hope).
1. When I placed the order the price on the order confirmation screen was not what I was charged: VAT was added on but I was never told this when I placed the order, so I disputed through PayPal and got a refund for the VAT.
2. I was send "tracking" emails stating the progress of the item from the US. A month ago the item supposedly arrived in the UK, and I heard nothing since so raised it again through PayPal who contacted the seller. They then shared with PayPal a NEW tracking link with TOTALLY different details stating tracking from China, not the US with totally different dates on it, stating it onlyb just reached the UK.

Overall clearly extremely dodgy, firstly charging more than the stated amount, secondly providing conflicting tracking links which clearly points to deliberatly either trying to deceive me or PayPal, either way: fradulent.

Misleading and deceitful

Ordered a product advertised all over Facebook for Easter on 19/03/2024 then immediately tried to cancel it via email as the amount charged in PayPal was more than the advertised price.

In fairness, their customer service was very apologetic and immediately refunded the difference which they claimed was an error due to VAT being added. Everything except trade business is advertised with VAT included in the UK.

I figured I would give them a chance based on the above and waited for the item to turn up - it finally arrived today 02/05/2024 and was broken in a way that must have occurred before shipping.

Additionally, it was sent from Huntsville in America via an extremely long and slow shipping route meaning there was no possible way it could have arrived in time for Easter. This despite advertising the product for Easter as a British company with no indication that the product would be coming from America at any point before the tracking updates began to sporadically arrive.

As someone else has mentioned, the transactions in PayPal were logged as ZERO-MIRACLE NETWORK LIMITED.

Thoroughly disappointed with this experience, from the misleading advertising and deceitful handling, to the broken product that finally arrived over a month too late.

Do not order anything from this company…

Do not order anything from this company it is a fraudulent / scam. They will overcharge for items and then provide you with fake tracking details. Any response to resole / cancel / refund will result in automated emails of no use sending you in an endless loop.

Payments are charged to a completely different company - ZERO-MIRACLE NETWORK LIMITED.

Raised a case with PayPal to hopefully recover lost stolen funds.

Lesson is - do not order from companies advertising on Facebook - most are fake.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! Placed order on 22/3/24 and still waiting as at 27/4/24. I don't expect to receive my order now. Website was advertised on Facebook as aloe-aura.co.uk but it isn't a UK website. I would not have ordered if known. Payment shows up as made to a Hong Kong destination.

If I could give them a negative rating

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I ordered an item in march and after no sign of it arriving, I complained to customer service after one month of waiting. Low and behold, it hadn't been sent. No effort to make amends or an apology. Downright incompetent, rude

If there was an option for zero stars I…

If there was an option for zero stars I would chose it. I have ordered 2 dragon eggs. They had them advertised as an alternative to Easter eggs which I thought was a cool idea. I ordered them on the 11th of March. They said I would receive them in time for Easter. I still have not received them and any time I send an email they just repeat "thank me kindly for my understanding"I have requested several times for a refund to no avail. Ridiculous

1* given because can't give 0

1star given because can't give 0. Not a UK site despite appearances, based in the USA and ship from China, do NOT send items and 'customer service' was beyond useless and refused to refund. Thank goodness I paid via Paypal who refunded immediately when I opened a dispute. AVOID!

Scam

I ordered from this company in March and the items have still not arrived. They sent some of order update emails making it look like it was coming (I hadn’t realised it wasn’t a UK company, otherwise I’d have not ordered it as I wanted it to arrive by a certain time). I realised something was weird when it claimed the package was “ Manchester,M25 1DT,United Kingdom,The shipment is in transit in the country of United Kingdom”. Obviously the M25 isn’t anywhere near Manchester. I messaged the company and it responded to say it’s “still in transit”. Really frustrating as this was supposed to be a present for my kids.

No Stars Really

No stars really. Scam, don't use! Item ordered 15 Dec. for Christmas still not here in April. Their customer services told me the following load of: As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What’s more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. In this case, we have one solution for you: If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
Waiting for your choice.
