Sub-Standard Service at Alofthobbies.com
I ordered a few parts for my E-Flite Radian from Aloft Hobbies, I chose USPS for shipping since their other options were outrageously expensive. Merchandise was supposed to arrive July 27th right on time for a weekend of flying. Today is the 29th and still no merchandise and no update as to where my order is? Is it lost? Is it coming? I wrote to Aloft and received a reply basically saying that "I chose USPS" and they didn't force me to. WOW talk about sub-standard customer service and people skills. Moving forward I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a high end sailplane look at SoaringUSA.com first. Bigger selection, better prices and top notch customer service with great shipping rates. Anything is better then Aloft after what I experienced.
