Like other reviewers here I am absolutely staggered by the delay in fulfilling orders. Three months since placing an order in early December and still have not received my item. I doubt it will still be cold out by time my sweatshirt finally arrives. My inquiries to their support were basically meaningless, with a lot of hand waiving and arbitrary ETAs that have come and gone. I will never do business with these bozos again and I would implore everyone to do the same.

Absolute scam. Order placed early November ‘22, intended as a x-mad gift. After getting in touch with them was advised of numerous delays. It’s 10th Feb 2023 and the order’s never arrived. Unreliable, to say the least.

Amazing quality clothing. It has taken 10 weeks to be hand made and delivered from Poland. Customer contact was efficient and was kept up to date on production.

I ordered a hoodie from "Aloha From Deer" at the start of October 2022, i hit the team up 2 weeks later as my order was still pending, they advised:

"We make our clothes to order in our company in Poland. Currently the manufacturing process usually takes about 21 days. When the parcel is sent, you will receive an email with tracking information."

No worries, so i messaged customer support 3 weeks after that in mid november, waited a week and had no response. followed up again to get this response:

"Thanks for your message.
We're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
About a few hundred parcels per day are shipped from our warehouse, so we would be grateful if you could wait a bit more.
You will be notified by e-mail when the parcel is shipped."

A week later i recieved an email saying my item had shipped with the tracking link (7th of Dec). For the first week the tracking was showing only that they had recieved the package details but not the package itself. I contacted support again a week later and they advised: "The tracking will be updated when the parcel arrives in your country".

Cut to the start of 2023, still no update on the tracking so i've emailed support again. they responded with:
"After leaving Poland, the package will be delivered to Australia within 5 weeks." This would have fallen around 2 weeks ago now. I've reached out to support again as the tracking has still not updated.

It is almost february now and i have no idea when this package is arriving. I could understand if this was a bulk order of 300 hoodies for it to take so long but this is 1 hoodie.

I made two orders last year on the 2022.10.21. Nothing arrived for Xmas. The half is still on the way, no further info when i will get it, the other half arrived yesterday with wrong item in the pack. When i contacted them, and ask all, the only part what they care about and reply was how do i need to send back the wrong item. They didn't care at all about the rest. That s the poorest customer service ever!!

This is the third time I buy from this brand.
Quality of clothes is really good, stitches and materials 100% good.
The printing is high quality.
My clothes still looking pretty good after 2years or more.
Prices are cheap for the level of quality that you receive.
The only thing to take in consideration is the waitting time for your order that is around 5 or 6 weeks but is worth it, you can trust in this store 100%.

it took 2 months before they sent the item and in the mean time I was given the run around. Never again

Update : I sent a message on the 18th November complaining about the very late fulfilment of order and recieved a fairly swift response stating that my items were ready for dispatch. They arrived over a fortnight later. The fabric was less vibrant than the photos and the dresses were at least a size smaller than expected. Two of them have ugly tight elastication in the wist band. All three items are completely unwearable
, but based on the experience I have had so far I am not even trying to send them back.

I placed an order with them on the 17th September and received a confirmation on the 23rd September. It is now the 17th November and I have had no further updates and I'm beginning to feel worried that the product will never actually arrive. I wish I had paid attention to the many 1star reviews here, whi h say the same thing.

My son wanted a nice hoodie so we have searched the internet and found this shop. Quickly searched for reviews and decided to try it. We ordered several hoodies on September 1, 2022 and received it on September 26, 2022. I knew it would take a while, but it was not so bad. My son is 13, we ordered "XS". "S" would be maybe better, but it fits him and he is super happy. The material is so soft, printing is nice, everything is fine so far (I hope it will be ok even after washing in the washing machine - it should be washed at 30°C)

2 months and still waiting for the "express delivery".
Bathing suits ordered at the start of July 2022 will be used for next summer :-)

My order didn't come for 3 months. Inbetween I had to ask again and again about the status of the order. They always told me "2 more weeks".

I didn`t want to cancel because I still hoped for the order coming and also they offered me a small discount, but then they stopped answering my mails. In hindsight I hoped I had cancelled earlier..

Appalling customer service and delivery timescales.

I should have known better. I had previously ordered from Aloha from Deer during the height of the pandemic and suffered an incredibly long delivering time but they stated on their website they were prioritising making masks. Fair enough.

When I ordered again in late November there was no such statement on the website. Surely there was a good chance the order would be delivered on time for Christmas. Apparently not.

I eventuality demanded a refund in late March after the goal posts were continually moved and promises routinely broken and still no sign of the order. Apparently they didn’t even start making the items until three months after the order was placed! Five months for some jogging bottoms and a pair of leggings? It’s unjustifiable. Great product but they need to sort it their logistics. Big time.

I placer an order and they told me it was going to be sent 1 week after. 2 weeks after they told me my order was delayed of 2 weeks so I asked to cancel my order. They answered me they were not able to cancel it because it was already sent the very same morning. I mailed the customer service and now I'm waiting for more than a week to know if I can send all this stuff back to be refund... And I'll have to pay to send it back if I want to be refund ! I've never seen such a disrespectfull way to deal with customers, it's not professionnal and really close to a scam !

Company Doesn’t conform to what is advertised on its website regarding dispatch times. Communication is poor and slow & don’t answer questions. As per other reviews you will wait all year to get the item ordered! Waste of time.

horrible company !!! over 20 days and still waiting ! zero response to emails or insta texts , customer service from medieval, i strongly advise do not buy anything from them as you will be waiting forever, as it comes to quality i cannot say anything as i still didn’t get my stuff , horrible experience!!!! i ask for refund and still zero response, DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

A long wait... but worth it. Customer service was good too despite the challenge of a slow production.

i love the sushi short, the service was perfect and also the delivery, i can't give 5 stars only because the type of the short has changed from the original one, but the images on the site are of the first version, the big difference is that in this new tipe there aren't the poket on the side, but only in the back :(

Quallity and service excellent, lead times on the other hand are always way too long.
Expect alteast 2 months from my experience.

Excellent quality and unique-looking items but only my first order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Since then it has been 3 months or more between placing an order and receiving it. Customer service seems to be just copy/paste holding emails + offering to cancel the order but no further info as to when it might ship.

Worth the wait if you aren't in a rush but don't waste your money on expedited shipping!
