The ordering process was very easy to fill out. The website was helpful in ensuring that the right address versus the billing was taken care of and the shipping was at a great economical price. I can’t wait for it to get here in Diego Garcia.

Went to purchase a Van Gogh Starry Sky Cardigan and got cheap non-cardigan polyester jacket. Customer service just kept saying it would be too expensive for ME to return it and instead offered a massive discount(probably bringing it down to it's actual price) on another product instead. Thankfully with some screenshots of the listing and the return policy, I reported it to my credit card company and thankfully got my full return. Dispute this company if you're an unfortunate victim of their false advertising. Got a $15 hoodie that was sold for over $70 for free. Suck it Chinese scammers.

I found this Web on google & it was just what I was looking for. Lovely bright coloured shirts. I placed a small order first just to be on the safe side. I did chase them up after a few days to ask when my order would be dispatched as I needed it for Xmas. It arrived in just under 2 weeks, just after Xmas. Next time I will order the next size up to allow abit more room for my broad shoulders. I love the colours of the shirts.

I received my order for mushroom hoodie beautiful colors and my husband loved it.
We received an octopus shirt with order that was stained but company sent a replacement. They have unique designs and items just have to be patient with delivery as it is not fast.

STAY AWAY FROM ALOHAHOO!!

-Poor communication and lack of providing a shipping number.
-Ignored emails trying to cancel
-Slow shipping until I put in a PayPal claim
-Uniuni illegally placed in mailbox and took 10 pictures to prove delivery after my complaints. I’ve never seen so many angles of a little package.
-Return policy ONLY allows refunds if damaged during shipping. Buyer pays for postage.
****Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. ****

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I received the item which was not like it was pictured and described AT ALL. What I thought I was buying was a true knit woven multi fabric fleeced lined open front poncho; and what I got was a printed zip up hoodie with the knit print on it, like literally a picture of knit fabirc on a cheap polyester hoodie. It was low quality and ill-fitting and nowhere in the pictures or description does it show the drawstring or zipper. There was zero communication after ordering with tracking or order number, it just showed up. The charge was to a weird LLC too not even named Alohahoo, Dominque something. After searching for it, buried on their website, I found the return info and followed their stated procedure which was to email them the order number prodcut name and reason and they would send the return slip. I did this, and then was asked to send photos, which I did. Then I was offered 40% and said not to worry about returning it. When I said this was unacceptable, that I just wanted my refund and to send it back, they offered 50%. I said no thank you, I want the return slip and a full refund, then they responded 60%. Then again after the next email exchange 70%. At this point I was furious and had already exchanged over a dozen emails. We are now at 23 emails exhanged and they refunded me $34 on a $62 order. That's NOT 70%! I am so frusterated and disgusted and hope they are shut down promptly as this seems to be a pattern and a SCAM!!! This company is absolutely horrible!!!!

My chosen shirt arrived - correct size, OK cotton blend, in 12 days from order date - no problem. Note that the shirt material is ordinary, quite thin but that's fine for summer. Stitching is ok. Buttons are finished properly. They don't cost much. Sydney Australia

Well I’ve ordered from you before and was pleased with the experience. If shipping could be a little quicker that would be great. But I still give you 5 stars and obviously you deserve it because I ordered from you again.

I order a woven Cardigan they sent me a 5$ Hoodie from Temu I paid for Express shipping they sent it STANDARD I prefer you give you money to the neighborhood drunk or crackhead

This is another one of those drop ship operations. What they ship is not what they sell; and returns are not real. Here’s what they told me: “the high postage for returns is not worth it. How about you keep this order. As compensation, we give you a discount code to order your favorite item on our website, what do you think?”

I have ordered four times from Alohahoo and they were great. The shirts fit true to size and their communication was great. One of the orders I asked for a specific delivery date and they were delivered two days early.
