If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I ordered an item from them. They send a different item which I received two weeks after the order. After numerous emails that required me to take a picture of the item I received, this was their response: " If you wish to return the item, we can provide the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we cannot provide a return label. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition, we will issue a full refund." My fault for not checking them out first...

I ordered a shirt and changed my mind on the order. They emailed me and told me it's a 15% charge. I have never received a email from a legit company ever on a return. How can I display the email they sent me. This company is trash and what's worst is they said they started the process but never sent me a tracking number. The process was not started this company is a scam.

These people are crooks and should be avoided at all cost. It took 2 months to get my order and they sent me used rags that I wouldn’t wipe my dogs butt with! I should have read the reviews.

If I could give zero I would . I sent and order to the value of 500 usd. The goods haven’t arrived and after chasing for weeks they said they can’t ship to my country . They have still not refunded the money 3 months later and just don’t respond .

Horrible I paid 62.00 for a shirt didn’t like it within 30 day requested a refund he or she only wanted to give 19.98 back I will never buy from them again

Received a ridiculous fake „Hermes„ Blanket…waited for 2 weeks to get an answer about the return…finally i got the return information. After sending it back, I never got an answer neither a refund… don’t buy there!!! Outrageous…but I blame it on me…what do you expect….

Atrocious quality. Chanel storage box arrived and it’s a small piece of cardboard junk that doesn’t even open up for storage except a small flap at the top that’s good for nothing. Will be seeking a refund and reporting

Ok, so I didn't research this site. I bought $180 of shirts, pants and shirts. Weeks go by, item hadn't shipped, so I had my bank refund the transaction. Then, tracking showed delivery in 2023, when the order was placed 2024. Whatever, I got my money back. Then, real tracking info! Wow! I got my stuff. It's quality is pretty good and the items fit as indicated. Very cute stuff, actually. Would I order from them again? Nope. And I learned my lesson to review a site first. Actually I knew that, but got excited because the designs were really cute.

Absolute scam, not registered on company house. Fake contact details and incorrect products - we were sent the wrong product having paid over £100. I sent several emails which bounced back, started spamming their instagram and finally got a reply saying they would send the correct but I have received no confirmation or tracking information and they have now blocked me on instagram. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

False Advertising! They use photos of authentic products and send you inferior fakes. Will not reply to returns.

I ordered two shirts on 12/9/23. Since the order had not been filled or even confirmed for 3 weeks, I emailed “customer service” and told them I wanted to cancel the order. I received no response and then one week later, I received an email stating the order had shipped. They completely ignored my email. The shirts shipped on 12/28, and I followed their “return policy” and sent them an email requesting to return the shirts. They responded by telling me their return policy is 7 days. Hilarious since their site says 30 days. They refused to define when the 7 days starts, and never responded to my actual request for a refund. I called their “customer service” number and it’s based in China and the female on the recording speaks Chinese only. You can’t leave an email and they have refused repeated requests for someone from customer service to contact me. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM!

I purchased what should've been a fleece cardigan sweater jacket and 2 casual jackets. What I got was 3 polyester jackets. Completely horrible material. When I requested a refund via the support email, I was told to give it as a gift. $100 wasted.

I placed my order on October the October 8th 2023 and didn't receive my order un till September 28th at 6:23 pm. So I went to open up my package and the shirts did not fit me at all. At 7:47pm little more then a hour later I sent out a Email to ELLA at the support team with Alhahoo for a return label and she Denied the return label. In b Her reply, was basically she couldn't help me out it was my fault.

SCAM- do not buy from them. Purchased item on 11/7/22. Item said shipped from USA but it actually says china in ship tracking. Item says arrived in USA and picked up by customs broker and daily’s it’s been sitting in Monroe township since 11/24/22. Still nothing, emails from them are pictures of conversation saying it’s on its way. I don’t believe them and reporting to BBB

This is ridiculous and unacceptable This is my 3rd time spending money on this web site and, still after 10 e-mails no merchandise. I so fed up all I want is my money back. I place this this order on Nov. 8th of 2020. And nothing This is a dam shame that this company is scamming customers. SMH. And they had the nerve to send me an e-mailing saying my order is on the way. ALOHASHOPSPECIAL . The suppose e-mail. contact @oneiba.com. You that hard up that you have to scam customers. SAD

This place is a scam I ordered in 11/03/2020 and still haven't got my item smh SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE YOU SUPPOSED 2 GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT IF WE ARE SPENDING OUR MONEY WITH YOU GUYS SHAME ON YOU ! NEVER AGAIN WOULD I LET THIS ISH HAPPEN 2 ME AGAIN !#!!

This company are scammers who take your money but don't supply the goods. The tracking number is false but I managed to trace it to China.
