Alpari is great but if reduce the commission on xauusd trade.

Alpari is great, safe and fast. But in its best account provision i mean Pro Ecn , its commission is more that most other brokers which can be called alpari competitives. I request them to reduce the commission on xauusd symbol mostly.
I work with alpari since 2019. It's nice and its supportives are great and on time too. Thanks.

Withdrawal through UPI and Local bank transfer not enabled over 2 months.

ALPARI was providing good service but at present it's not providing good service.They don't have other mode of withdrawal option except crypto currency. Raised complaints repeatedly to fix withdrawal through UPI and local bank transfer , But there not fixing the problem or issue.

Don't trust advertising, test first.

1. Stop loss or take profit does not close at the specified amount and causes a loss.
2. The spread has a lot of volatility, while my account is a fixed spread account.
3. It does not support pending orders during news, and sometimes the news is not even that important, but my order is rejected.
4. Sometimes when opening a position, the message "Your funds are not enough" is displayed and this continues for up to 10 minutes.
5. When opening a position, action is taken somewhere above or below your requested price.
6. Sometimes I think the chart in front of me is fake, I hope it's not.

Overall

Overall, I am satisfied with Alpari’s services. I would like to suggest two improvements:

It would be great if spreads on major and minor currency pairs could be slightly reduced.
Also, extending the swap-free period for regular (non-VIP) clients beyond the current 3 days would significantly improve the trading experience.
