Very disappointing experience. I spent weeks following all the trading rules and finally qualified for my first $2,000 payout. On the exact day I became eligible to request it, my Premium account was removed because Alpha Futures decided to shut down the program. They are only offering account refunds instead of providing clear answers about earned payouts. Poor communication, terrible timing, and a complete loss of trust. I would not recommend Alpha Futures to anyone.

They will decide to cancel an existing plan, and void your payout without any notice.

Payouts earned should always be honoured to the users

They approved payments totaling $4,000, and after waiting two weeks, they simply said they wouldn't pay them.
I have no words to describe Alpha Futures. If, after this, you still buy accounts from them, you're the stupidest person on the planet. Look in the mirror and say, “I'm an idiot.”

Completely scammed, requested payout on 2th of July, waited 6 business days and received their annoucement says that they will void all of the premium accounts and reject all pending payouts. Craziest Propfirm Ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was literally $200 from a 3k payout and then they closed all accounts and rug pulled me. Said they would provide a refund but their support just copy and pasted the same message they pasted to discord and twitter

I had a Premium Qualified account with approximately $3,000 accumulated, and suddenly my account disappeared without any clear solution. Support does not resolve anything and only gives evasive answers. Terrible experience. I feel scammed.

Bad support. They just copy paste generic, useless responses and close the chat instantly before you can even reply. The support team has no idea what is going on in the company. On Discord, they constantly conflict with each other.

I bought my challenge 2 month back and had been slowly learning how to go about prop firms using the premium plan finally mananged to pass it and now it just stopped working in the morning only to be told that they have stopped all Premium account via discord and not even via email everything in this industry is all about trust and transparency now everything ive sacrificed for that account has been shut down including profits. I regret ever trusting them with my money, they should be blacklisted for such actions.

this company is totaly scamed people for payouts!be aware of this company.My 5 payout was canceled and company announce stattement about they are not able to pay because they are bankrupt.

Absolutely terrible scam of an experience. Voided payouts on my account even though I already requested. Take forever with payouts. Why would anyone use this website?

They closed my premium funded account for no reason, like rug-pulled everyone basically. If a firm can do something like this before they can do after as well. NEVER TRUST ALPHA FUTURES. Even my first payout took a while for them to pay. It is not a good firm for someone who is trying to something out of hard earned money.

Finally i was able to lock my account in profits, i am in heavy debt and you guys do this? Death is less what you guys deserve.

Alpha futures wipe out my account and voided my payout without any notice.
Beware traders this prop firm can do so with you too..

Scam , took my payout and said we stop the premium accounts , instead of just stoping people buying new accounts or transfer account to another plateform

SCAM WARNING — avoid Alpha Futures.

Requested a $1,800 payout from my 50K Premium account on July 9th. The payout was later voided after Alpha Futures decided to shut down the Premium Plan due to their own business issues.

Traders followed the rules, earned their payouts, and then got told the money would not be paid.

A company’s internal problems should not become the trader’s loss. Very disappointing experience.

Won’t ever be using them again. Been trading some new challenges for 2 weeks and boom they announce they are ending the premium plan and anyone with a payout won’t be receiving it!

How is that even legal?

Thats like someone buying a run down house .. someone fixes it up and restores it for them to say they want it back , here’s the money you paid.

What a joke!

Another prop firm when they wanted to remove a certain model they let everyone carry on trading their legacy accounts and just stopped any new purchases .

Alpha you messed up this time. No one in the trading space will trust you again . You’ll fizzle out slowly

1. My first payout was approved on July 8th, but it has still not been paid out. When I asked their support team, they gave me a generic response saying, "At the moment, Alpha Futures is undergoing a significant period of growth and expansion. As we continue scaling our operations and adapting to these expanded processes, some temporary delays have unfortunately occurred."
I joined their Discord group to gather more information and found many angry users who have been waiting for their payouts for over 10 days. I was truly shocked. Despite this reality, they continue to send misleading information via their website and emails, claiming they process payouts within 24 hours and hit an average payout time of 5 hours. This honestly feels like they are deceiving their customers.
The most critical foundation of any business is keeping your promises. If they had explicitly stated that they process payouts within 7 days, users who chose them would have accepted that condition and made an informed choice. However, advertising a 24-hour processing time while the actual reality is completely different is unacceptable. Hopefully I will get my payout one day:)

2. About 35 minutes ago, around 12:20 PM July 13, while I was waiting with a limit order already placed, Tradovate suddenly logged me out. When I logged back in, I couldn't find my accounts on Tradovate at all. I immediately contacted support and sent them a screenshot, but I still haven't received any response.
I have no idea what happened to my limit order, and I just want to at least cancel it. Haha. This is incredibly irresponsible. I wouldn't be surprised if this account is completely blown by tomorrow.
