Cannot get them to do the annual service as they keep saying that they are only doing breakdowns.
Have called them twice and been fobbed off twice

Visit arranged promptly. Engineer Mark phoned ahead. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable, quickly sorted the problem.

They laugh when you tell them you children are freezing
AND beware you can’t take the front cover off the boiler an there are no stickers saying do not remove VOID IF REMOVED nothing
Absolute prat’s the lot of them i actually hope the company flops

A very reliable company, who have now carried out three services, and always in a prompt reliable manner, just had Nathan servicing this year who was pleasant, and honest and very prompt I would definitely recommend Alpha

All went to plan, ANDY phoned 15 minutes before arrival. Serviced the boiler, explained what he had done and advised it was good for a few years yet, and parts are still available if needed.
