Liz Mataraza from customer service and her team laughed at me when I was on the phone to make a customer service request. She constantly told me take me dispute to unrelated parties. As I began to become upset; I was mocked, laughed at, and teased.

I had been unable to get off to sleep for months. As soon as I laid down, no matter how tired, it was like a switch had been flicked on and my mind began racing. I had to read my kindle to distract my mind to get off to sleep. If I woke up to go to the loo then it all started again with my busy brain full of crazy racing thoughts. I was exhausted from lack of sleep. It’s also so stressful when your brain is harassing you at night. (If you know, you know) My husband suggested Alphastim. From the first time I used it I slept. I put my head on the pillow and went to sleep, it really was like a little miracle. I used it daily for a couple of weeks until my sleep patterns were normal. Now I just use it if my sleep patterns start to get disrupted. It’s a clever gadget. I don’t ever want to be without it. After my success we got one for my 88 year old mum. Follow instructions, use at the time suggested for best results.

I tried the Alpha Stim Aid for anxiety for five weeks. It had no effect on me unfortunately so I returned the device for a refund. I spoke to Julie at Alpha Stim UK and she was very pleasant and helpful. I sent the device back with Royal Mail special delivery, in the original packaging, and two days later I was refunded in full minus the original delivery cost. It's such a shame that this didn't work for me, but I would still recommend people to try it as the company actually do deliver on their 60 day money back policy,

I purchased the alpha stim aid around 4 years ago recommended by my sister who also owns one this has helped me with my anxiety and sleep. I do use it quite often on different settings depending on how I'm feeling . I would recommend this product if you have issues with sleep anxiety depression it makes me feel more alert and focused after use and calmer. You do have to purchase batteries for this device I would recommend energizer ultimate lithium AAA batteries as you get more use out of these batteries. Also the earclips do get damaged I have purchased a few you may have to replace these. Overall it's a great purchase I believe it's a great alternative to medication or to reduce medication. When I have required assistance with this product or any issues I have received constructive assistance and a very helpful team very much appreciated

This devise was a game changer not only for me but for a lot of my friends whom I shared it with. I used it for 3 months every day then i gave it to my mother and within a few days she noticed that she doesn't experience her usual tremor symptoms and shaking.

Another thing I love about alpha stim is that unlike other devises who spend so much money on marketing without proper research, Alpha stim has put so much investment in their research and I love this about the company.

I called Alpha-Stim pm on 4th November and by 11am on 5th November, had the part delivered. Such helpful, friendly service from Julie in their office. So impressed

I will preface this by saying, it is not a cure all. But Alpha Stim is a tool that really helps. I have the Alpha Stim M for ADHD and pain. It has not been the miracle cure for the ADHD I hoped it would be, but it does help with the anxiety portion a lot. It's not a cure all for focus as I hoped. But the other application for pain feels so much better than a TENS unit. It's like a deep tissue massage, and helps for chronic pain. I have been in agony today with my back. NSAIDs and THC tub have not worked. I slapped the pads on and turned up the Alpha Stim, and had instant relief. I could cry. I give 4 stars because I don't think that it's the perfect tool for everyone on mental health given the cost, but it does help, and it especially helps me with pain far more than a TENS unit.

I have used an Alpha Stim to help me sleep for the last four years.
I suffered a heart attack in 2021 and although still very fit and healthy, I’m a road cyclist, I found the medications were stopping me from getting to asleep. Then I discovered the Alpha Stim and decided to give it a try. Amazing. I usually use it for 20 minutes most evenings shortly before going to bed. Should I wake up after a few hours I put it on again for a further 20. I work shift work so it comes in very useful to help me sleep in the daytimes.

A friend recommended the Alpha Stim to me and I’m so glad she did. I have Fibromyalgia and was at the point, due to constant, chronic pain, that I needed a walking stick just to get around the house. I rarely went out and was unable to do most housework chores. After only two days using the Alpha Stim M I was walking around the house and cleaning again without a stick and yesterday for the first time in over a year walked around a supermarket unaided. This won’t cure Fibromyalgia but the difference in life quality in less than a week is amazing.

The Alphastim AID has been a great help. I have a rare disease and the device helps relieve the resulting pain and insomnia. Great improvement in mood also after only a few weeks of use. The service offered by Alphastim UK has been exceptional. Particular thanks to Julie who is very helpful.

I've had an Alpha Stim for many years and have just had to buy a new one. The website wouldn't work on my phone properly but they called me and sorted it all out and processed my order quickly with no fuss. The chap was really helpful and kind.

Useful device that is worth the money. Unfortunately the ear clips broke after one month of usage and it costs £37 for a new pair.

Have been using my alphastim for chronic anxiety for 11 years and have only just ordered my new one. I cannot believe this little machine which has been used for thousands of hours kept going for so long. I’ve been suffering from insomnia and anxiety badly for a few years and this has really helped. It took a few weeks of me using the Alpha Stimm AID daily to work with the insomnia (so keep going with it!) but my sleep has been a lot better since and my anxiety too

I am using the Alpha Stim Aid machine to help deal with chronic insomnia. Anxiety is lessened very quickly and works each time I use it for this purpose. I also find that it helps with general relaxation and helps keep my mind quiet at night. I use Alpha Stim in the mornings each day. I would recommend it's use for insomnia in combination with CBTi.
