I had replaced 24 windows with Alpha windows. They gave me lifetime warranty. Now I have few windows that are not locking and one window glass broke due to the inefficient locking. I called them to replace them. However, they informed me that they will not replace them and that I have to find the contractor who closed down. I don’t trust their lifetime warranty nor product.

We instructed the Alpha Homes to fit new PVC windows. Having sought 6 quotes, Alpha was towards the top end on pricing The sales pitch was good - very knowledgable and reassuring. We were also happy with the window frame quality - though Alpha do not manufacture these themselves.

However the main issues came at the installation stage . This was substandard and the finish result was very poor (with draft coming in between the frame and the wall;overall unsightly (messy looking finish; Multiple window panes came scratched). The promise of making good any damage to the wall was just that - we had to higher additional help to deal to fix matters.

Communication is very poor - they ignore most phone calls and all emails. Many appointment were a no show, with no explanation or phone call (we wasted a lot of annual leave days).

It’s has been over a year and a half, and the jobs is still not finished. We are perusing legal action. Over, hiring Alpha was a mistaken.

I was most impressed with the installation and after care provided by this local company. The service is prompt and reliable and exceeded my expectations of excellent customer service. Bob returned to fix my lock and weather guard and my front door and porch are perfect.

Alpha windows are reliable , informative and their workmanship on doing the work is tidy . Just brilliant staff don’t waste your time looking elsewhere try them out

Excellent service from first measure to final fix! Victoria was Extremely helpful and informative. Very polite and tidy fitters, you would never know they had been…even put my roller blind back in place. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend this company.

Extremely offhand attitude from salesman together with poor quality installation by tradesmen.

If you live in Stoke Poges, you'll be used to seeing Alpha Windows illegally leaving garish bright orange signs to promote their business. The law is crystal clear on this. Alpha deliberately break the law for their own advantage. You've worked hard to live in a nice place, do your community and yourself a favour and talk to a proper company that has respect for the area they operate in. We have lived on Park Road for over 25 years and are sick of this company. Several sites up and down our road get a sign every now and then. Many lived there for years. Occasionally they disappear, but as if by magic they re appear. recently one has been appearing and disappearing over the last week. From now on I and my neighbours are going to report these signs, which contravene section 224 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

I have just had a new front door with side lights installed. The standard of workmanship of the fitters was amazing, the main fitter was meticulous in his work. I am so pleased now it’s fitted, it looks amazing. Definitely use them again.

Used Alpha windows Iver branch and the service from Communications side was poor it would of been nice to be kept updated with it .

There was issues and this was due to lockdown.

However I would highly recommend them I understand that different places it can be a different service and your company is only as good as the team that works for it .

In this case probably lack of Communication with office team and suppliers .

My window installation was done in two stages due to an order issue however given this was during lockdown it’s understandable just would of been nice to be kept informed and the order system checked not told on installation day we have a problem we can’t fit.

The guys who installed the top two windows at the front of my house were outstanding friendly they also took a look at a problem I had with my back door and fixed.

There workmanship is of a very high quality and this shows .

After they had finished they cleaned and hovered mess they had made .

The second fit was the downstairs window and front door .

Also nice guys and friendly and same as the other guys .

The finished product has transformed the look of the front of my house ,

Overall the windows and doors are of a high quality and this is what counts not just looks good .

The price I paid was also the cheapest so I was concerned on the quality.

However again I would definitely recommend alpha windows Iver branch should you live in SL0 area .

The brief was to change all the 22 windows and doors in our house. We had a great experience with Alpha Windows from start to finish. Danny and his team bent over backwards to help us choose our windows, and then the ordering process and final installation was carried out to a high standard, and on time. The fitters Bob and Alan were outstanding, the windows have absolutely transformed the look of our property and we are delighted. I recommend Alpha most highly.

Supplied and fitted 5 triple glazed bi-fold doors with internal blinds

Excellent product and excellent service for a very reasonable price.
I would certainly recommend this company to friends.
