Just now, I spoke to Alfa Appliances on the phone. The person I spoke to was very rude, he was demanding that I removed my reviews and was threatening NOT to give me my money back if I refused! This is beyond anything!

Since 23.12.2025 e-mail from these scamers promising to "investigate" and give us a full refund, we haven't heard from them. Dear Alfa Appliances, if by Thursday you do not give us our money back, I will file a police fraud report.

Dishwasher experience
This company was highly rated and I called them because our dishwasher had stopped working. They responded immediately and scheduled me the following day. The technician arrived exactly on time. I received a text message and a call from the scheduler. He diagnosed the issue, gave me an on-the-spot quote for the cost of the part replacement, and sent his scheduling guy to send me the ETA and replacement part. These guys are great at customer service! !
