What can i say Alpha has one of the…

What can i say Alpha has one of the best customer service there is. Top notch professional service + amazing prop firm with extremely nice conditions and priceing. I would really give a 10 stars if i could specificaly for the employee Rashaad from Alpha capital Group! He went above and beyond to help me out and he still does till this date. If i would run a prop firm and would need to hire a guy for Customer service expertise. Rashaad would be #1 on my list! Top notch guy and really helpful. Thank you for every single help Rashaad ! This is more review towards your amazing service + obviously Alpha capital as its whole prop firm!

This is excellent you're not just a prop film but you have demonstrated good service I am only waiting for my phase2 pass and withdraw to know how genuine you're but everything seems normal to the best of my knowledge

I successfully completed both challenge…Passed both phases, rejected at KYC over someone visible in video background

I successfully completed both challenge phases with Alpha Capital, investing significant time and money into the process. However, at the final KYC stage my application was rejected because another person was briefly visible in the background of my verification video — someone with zero involvement in my trading or account.
What I find difficult to accept is that there is absolutely no option for a re-KYC, even when the situation is clearly accidental. You pass the challenges, you pay the fees, and then a technicality at the very last step ends everything with no second chance.
I will let other traders draw their own conclusions about whether these strict interpretations serve genuine compliance purposes or something else entirely.
Advice to traders: Do thorough research before investing in any prop firm challenge. Make sure you understand exactly what can get you rejected — even after passing
