Avoid: They prioritize rule technicalities over trader performance

I successfully passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 with great results, only to be told my account was invalid because of the '2-minute rule'. Even though my trades were manual with high targets (80 pips), they didn't care about the logic, only the duration. They gave me a retry, but the frustration and the feeling of being robbed of my first success ruined my psychology, leading to a loss later. This firm finds every technical excuse to avoid moving you forward. If you are a trader who catches big moves fast, their rules will work against you. Very disappointing experience.

My experience with Alpha Capital Group…

My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been very positive. The support team has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The dashboard is user-friendly, the trading conditions are clear, and the overall process has been smooth. I also appreciate the transparency and effort they put into supporting traders. Smooth trading experience with consistent execution. Spreads are fair, and the platform has been reliable. Looking forward to continue trading with them. Good experience so far. Execution and conditions have been good. Also got my payouts in given time. Happy with the experience.
