The items were received on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, and something I have always found a priority, the tone and response to any enquiry.

This consisted of a call to the supplier:

He did not answer the call with any details except from an abrupt, hello. The rest of the conversation was stilted and uncomfortable.

I was surprised as I was made to feel that I was taking up his time and all I was doing was placing an order?

Goods came on time and were securely packed.

Ease of ordering, prompt confirmation and delivery.

The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because of a missed delivery. I cannot see why the small package wasn’t pushed through the door first time, like it was on the second delivery.
Otherwise everying else was good.

It advises me my order is ready to be delivered and if l need to delay it for a week or two they arranged it, the product is good, nothing is too much of a hassle for them

I think the order may have been incorrect by side I will contact the supplier direct, they are usually very good.

Terrible experience my order number AC20423 never came and they did not even respond to and email I sent. Very disappointing and frustrating I would think twice before ordering from them
