Had the wrong items sent to me, and it turned out what I had ordered wasn't in stock, and was no longer being sold.
Customer services were pretty good about everything, offering to pay for postage, but after too many emails managed to get them to order the products direct at no extra cost to me. Would have been nice if I was given that option at the first instance, but would order from them again.

Great shop, would recommend to anyone. The real experience is visiting the place.

Good prices, excellent service. An item wasn't in stock that showed in stock when I ordered and they phoned me an apologised for the error. The missing part was sent out as soon as it came in. Great customer service. Will use again.

Ordered (just before 3pm) on Friday before New Year (29th): dispatched Wednesday 3rd, delivered Thursday 4th. No issues with order.

What a great store!!!

Alpha is all about the games, with genuine and knowledgeable staff who love the hobbies they play. One of the few places I've been where giving honest advice comes before getting a sale, often making suggestions to save their customers money or introducing other products which may be better. Its more of a games club with a shop. The staff are always willing to answer any questions or play demo games if you wanted to try something new (I'm now addicted to Destiny, thanks Matt). The store is continually getting new items in and if you can't find something they will try their hardest to get it in for you, even if its not an item they usually stock. They also sell at internet prices in store, with 10-20% off most items.

The store has two large game rooms with loads of free to use tables laid out, a large selection of scenery and matts are available, there is also a third room if you wanted to do a bit of quiet painting or have a smaller tournament.

The store run tournaments most weekends which they post details on their Facebook site. If your after a game of something check out their game finder pages so you can meet other players and arrange a game.

Its a great store with a great community!
