I ordered 2 disposable vapes but only one of them is working

I have fibromyalgia, adhd, depression and anxiety, the cbd I get from alphagreen is the strongest I've found. It makes life much better and I also have recommended it to my family for arthritis, they all say they'd never be without it now.
Lastly and possibly the most important one, I use this for my dog who has severe arthritis and she is doing incredibly well on it.

Good service. Product well packaged. Probably wouldn't have bought product without the incentive of a discount but Alphagreen are one of the cheaper websites hence why I always use them

Swimming lessons for kids 5 - 8
Only giving 2 stars because we really like the instructors. No kid should be treated the way my child was. Even more when I was very specific about my kid having learning difficulties. My child was going in and out of the water and suddenly The lifeguard, screaming hysterically went ahead and put a very high pitch whistle on his ear and wouldn’t stoped screaming at my kid. I was in the pool because I have told them I needed to be there for my on the spectrum kid. So I could intervene. The staff always insisted in me waiting outside, but given the circumstances that we have had unfortunate experiences in other facilities, we requested to be in the pool, which they allowed. After the very bad experience, they do NOT want us in the pool. WE ARE SUPER DISAPPOINTED that they would like to harm children without the parents looking. DO NOT JOIN your child here! Do yourself a favor, Moreso is your child is disable.

Easy and quick!

Would have been 4 stars but after two weeks and two emails I am still waiting for half of my order and no further information on when/if its likely to arrive.

Never received my item. Was given a refund after a few weeks.

Usually I never bother to write these kind of reviews, but this time it's is just too much.

On their website they claim:

After an order is placed we endeavour to ship the order the next working day.
>EU 3-7 working days

The order was placed on Jun 2, 2022, and until now I didn't even get the order confirmation with tracking number. Contacted the support 3 times on Live chat, got the information that they contacted the shipping partner and get back to me on email, as you can guess - never did.

In my understanding they are crossing all the limits, 12 days is just way too much in the modern day.

I strongly advise to explore other vendors if you have an option.

I will definitely order from Alphagreen again (for the third time) and have recommended them to my friends. Very efficient and personal service. Great promotions and a wide range of products.
