2nd review, because they lied i their response
I already left a review, but they answered my review with a bunch of lies. I am not able to respond to their response, wo I'm just leaving another review of their lack of any useful response. They still refuse to rectify the situation, but apparently have time to write long factually-inaccurate response.
Here are the main points of their answer, with my comments in parentheses.
1) After investigating your account, we found that all of the content purchased was delivered and re-written on your request more than once (not true--some was rewritten, but not all; it is the remaining articles that were not rewritten that I want redone).
2) We can also confirm that a native English speaker residing in America wrote the content which was edited by our team before being delivered. (there is no way a native speaker wrote this and no one edited it; most of it is complete gibberish, full of errors no native speaker makes).
3) Regarding the additional 25%, your account shows that this has been delivered but additional re-writes were requested, which after investigating we felt wasn't required. (you are about 15% short on word count, since every single article was a few hundred words short; you also wrote intro and conclusions totaling an average of 300 word, despite my REPEATED request you not give me those, since the ones you write are not usable in any way).
4) I hope you can understand that we cannot do large amounts of re-writes given the competitive pricing of our products. (you did not deliver on the promises made on your site regarding native English writers and edited content, so yes, I asked for a rewrite; you also promise those on your site, and you repeatedly promised you would delivery them in your emails. What changed your mind? Well, it was right around the time you started Investor's Club, so I guess maybe your focus is now elsewhere....)
