What an amazing company. Highly recommend to all. We called looking for someone to help with a rather difficult hot tub crane out and relocation. They gave us a point in the right direction for a great crane company and also gave us a very competitive quote to move the hot tub 45 miles away. Communication was great, turned up exactly when promised, and even though was a tricky move both ends of the journey nothing was too much trouble and everything went perfectly smoothly. We used Alphalift on Easter Monday to dispose of a very heavy 25 year old hot tub. I couldn’t be more delighted. Chris and his mate turned up on time and completed the job of cutting up the hot tub into numerous pieces so that it could go through the narrow gate. They left the place spotlessly clean. What more can l say, its so refreshing to get tradespeople that actually do what you ask, in a proper fashion, and in a timely manner.

Quick reliable and communicated really well cost and timings. Hot tub removal is a messy business but they cleared up after themselves. You would never know I used to have a hot tub after they left

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Communication beforehand was excellent, they arrived promptly on the day, and were completely reliable throughout. The team were friendly, reassuring, and a real pleasure to deal with.

Ours was a very difficult hot tub move, but they persevered and problem-solved every challenge without once saying it couldn’t be done. They took their time, were incredibly thorough, and treated everything with care.

Superb service. Thoroughly recommended. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Chris and Lloyd removed a hot tub and a Covana from an awkward spot in our garden. Everything was done with no fuss and left spotless. Communication was excellent. They were able to come over to do the job within a few days and Chris even popped over to assess the previous week. Can’t rate them highly enough!

Did exactly what they promised, with minimum fuss. Access to my new site was very limited and the guys worked hard to get it through without resorting to making any large moves / having to cut an overhang on the shed. They were also really pleasant guys!
