Alpha Logo Design Reviews 

This is a follow-up to my previous review from this year. I was so impressed by their service I decided to use Alpha Logo Design again. I got a quote from Scott Jeremy which I paid on 30th April 2017 .. and here we are 31st May 2017 and I haven't heard from them again. They don't answer emails.
My advice is KEEP WELL CLEAR of them - certainly don't pay any money to them until further notice.
Checked their domain name and it's only been in existence since mid-2016. A short time for a company that claims to have created more than 65,000 projects.
Suspect they may be doing a disappearing act.

I have dabbled in drop and drab websites before, but have been afraid to venture into the world of hard coding. Scott made things easy for me to understand, and even put up with me when I didn't understand. The team have made me a great looking website that will help my business.

I bought the branding package and Scott Jeremy was the assigned manager. Clear deadlines were given when to expect delivery of specific projects and these were all met. We had a misunderstanding on one of the deliverable but this was resolved quickly, professionally and amicably.

I will definitely recommend these guys.

This is the first time I signed up to use Alpha logo to have them design my company logo. I was very skeptical at the beginning due to the small amount of price I have to pay. I provided some input and how I want the logo to look like, within 24 hours, they came up with my initial drafts with four designs. I gave them some more feedback based on the four choices and they were able to turn around within the next 24 hours for my final design. Very happy with their customer service and their account manager was fantastic. I would recommend others to use the service.

We got a very good creative design on our new logo and stationary. The turn around for the logo and it's changes was very fast in the beginning. After a while the changes weren't always within the next 48 hours and also not all mentioned changes were done in the next run. But we got everything done that was needed and the final files were delivered in less than 48 hours after approval. Good job all in all!

I wish I could give them a 10 star review! I hired Alpha to redo my company website and make it mobile friendly as well as change the look a bit. Frank is BEYOND excellent to work with. Seriously, I have been in business for 20 years and I've done a lot with my website over that time; Frank has been by far the most patient and thorough dealing with my wants,needs and questions. Scott Jeremy and Lisa were great. I probably wasn't the easiest client, as I asked for new concepts three times, but they were willing to hear me out and make sure I got the right design. They were quick with the first set of concepts and while they were good designs, none of them rang out to me. Scott was very patient as I asked for new concepts and revisions of current ones. Their determination to provide excellent customer service and a great experience is unparalleled. I'm excited to continue working with their team as they design our company business cards and letterhead.

I am a small business owner who needs to create a brand, but didn't want to hire a full-blown design firm to do it. I was initially hesitant working with a team I did not know, but have become very comfortable as they continue to perform on time and with great quality. I have come to appreciate the communication style of this company which utilizes messaging more than I have in the past. Responses are crip and clear and I can basically reach anyone at any hour of the day. Phone conversations have been very professional.

For my first pass logo, Scott and the team spent a great deal of time helping me figure out what which I really needed. I know what I like, but struggle to give perfect direction on what that is, before I see it. Because of that, my first pass logos were good but didn't hit the mark perfectly. I felt like Scott really took the time to hear what I liked and didn't like and helped me shape my scatted concepts into something that on a second pass as a home run for me.

I needed business cards as well and they are also taking care of that design and my stationary which is also included...so I am really happy.

I am excited to engage them in the website design and will rate that experience after it is completed.

They listened and then designed two very different logos. One was EXACTLY what I was looking for, hoping for - clean and crisp with a free flowing, unpretentious feel to it. The initial work and the revisions were completed in a timely manner. Very please with experience, outcome and price.
