The kitchen Academy Cookware is not only beautiful, they’re sturdy and the nonstick works fabulously. Scrambled eggs slid out of the pan and the residue wiped right out with a rag.

My 8” pan had slight damage. I wrote to Alpha Mart Holdings (Kitchen Academy distributor) with attached pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement.

To preserve the interior, I bought felt at Walmart for 32¢ each and cut out circles the size of the inside of each pan. That way they will stack without scratching each other.

This is an excellent company I highly recommend buying from them and the Kitchen Academy products.

We purchased a 5-piece patio set with sofa (through the parent Phi Villa site). It is a perfect size for our outdoor area, and the cushioned seats are quite comfortable, even for my 6'6" husband. Love the swivel chairs, too! We opted for the beige cushion covers, and they seem very well made and should hold up well outdoors. It is helpful to have two people to assemble the set, and the directions were not too detailed but we figured it out with no problem.
Alphamarts has EXCELLENT customer service. The rattan on the sofa was damaged, and they sent a replacement out quickly and were very prompt with email communication. I highly recommend.

We had an issue with a table from a patio set and reached out to the company about our concern. We were provided with an email address so that we could send photos of our concerns.
Within a day, we had a response, and a new table was shipped to us.
The entire process from the time the issue was noticed until a new table arrived was less than a week. We could not ask for better customer service.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! We had a couple of issues with a piece fitting and the company responded immediately and sent the replacement. The quality of my patio furniture is great and the instructions for assembly were crystal clear. I HIGHLY recommend this company and its outstanding customer service!

We love the patio chairs. When we were putting them together, we noticed one of the arms was the wrong size. I emailed them with a picture and they sent the new arm to us within days. Great service after the purchase!!

Our patio set was delivered with one incorrect leg (probably from another product). We contacted the customer service line and sent a few pictures to them. They sent the proper leg out very quickly, within one or two days. This was exemplary customer service.

Great customer care! Our box came damaged. After a short email, the team sent us the two items that needed to be replaced. I had a question about assembly and they responded to my email promptly. (Keep in mind the difference in time) The product is good quality and very reasonably priced. I would purchase from the again in the future. Thank you.

I bought some patio furniture at a good price and the quality was excellent. Sturdy and light weight and good construction. Originally it did not come with all the bolts, but I called customer support and they shipped the needed bolts in less than a day. They were courteous and polite and solved my issue quickly. I am so pleased with my patio set. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the parts in the original packaging, however, I contacted Alpha Mart and they corrected the issue asap. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service. Tiffany with Alpha Mart stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I highly recommend their products and services.

Very pleased with the quality of the patio furniture that we purchased. We did have one missing part in the package however customer service was outstanding and rushed the part to us. Would use this company again.

The patio table and chair set is really quite nice. I would have given it a five star rating except that for two separate chairs two left arms were shipped rather than one left and one right for each. The company quickly replaced the parts and all's well that ends well.

First of all, the product. I purchased a metal carport from them and it went together well. Good quality. Secondly, customer service. Two pieces arrived damaged and they were very responsive. Parts had to come from overseas, but they were true to their word.

Virtually impossible to discuss anything with the people who answer the phones as they have zero idea about the product they are representing. Recieving parts that were missing was orignally met with accuastions of not knowing what we were talikng about, countless emails and discussions the Home Depot did little to resolve the issued, Would I ever install another one NO

Received 2 replacement chairs upon contacting customer service team for defective issues. The process was smooth, fast and the customer service person provided a great service in assisting with the issue.

I contacted them about a broken piece and they took care of my problem immediately. Very kind and easy to work with.

I had a couple of issues with the product upon receipt such as the wood being split and missing a washer. I contacted the manufacturer who promptly sent new products. They were polite and easy to work with.

Purchased a propane grill Nov 18th..received in a timely manner. Assembly wasn't as bad as I thought... was able to do it in appx an hour. Grill works great !! Customer service department is amazing!! Above and beyond professional..courteous and knowledgeable!! A+++
