My vehicle was shipped from FL to NY, and the service was outstanding. Best experience I've had with car shipping!

I arranged transportation of my vehicle on November 16, 2023 to be transported on December 1, 2023, I paid $100.00 to Mario Baroffio and paid another $50.00 to Muhammad Rauf on November 23, 2023 for pickup a day early on November 30. They never showed up I called and text one minute the pickup person truck was in the shop and they told it would be picked up December 1, 2023 and never showed up!! and trying to get ahold of someone is like going though circles. at this point they do not earn 1 star from me at this point I am frustrated.

We booked for a pick-up on Dec. 26 and paid $100 deposit. I specifically asked if the Christmas Holiday presented any difficulty and was told that would not affect the scheduled pick-up. On Dec. 24, I received a text and email telling me that pick up would be delayed until Dec. 27 due to Christmas! Unfortunately, we were scheduled to leave on that date and the 27th presented a problem. I called, texted and emailed numerous times to try to work something out or get a refund but got NO response. This was a total scam and people should be avoid “contracting” with Alpha Trax. It was very disappointing as well as causing great inconvenience for us.

I am sad it has come to this and i thought i took all protocols to ensure the validity of this company, but it seems i wasn't the only scammed.

Dishonest, unprofessional and rude without an ounce of respect.

I was baited into signing a contract with a pick up date for Saturday. The time came and no one showed. I reached out to Roy Alex which i don't know if that's his real name, to see why the driver is not there and i was greeted with an obnoxious and rude response that the driver had a family emergency, claiming his son was in the hospital. I'm not being insensitive here but that is not my problem. Roy refused to answer my questions or give me a pick up time along with denying me a refund for being incompetent to honor a contract.

I have tried to be patient and understanding but i have a feeling Roy never intended for my car to be picked up on Saturday because he proceeded to guarantee me a pick up on Monday.
Not to mention that he did not even have the decency to apologize and had the nerve to make me feel guilty for having my mom alive because he doesn't. I can't even comprehend.

My car was supposed to be here for mother's day as a gift, sadly, it never showed.

This transport company are a scam. They scammed me out of $100 after doing there contract. And they will go up on the price on the day of pickup and they will not return your money back. I am reporting this company and website to the better business bureau… this is not a real transport company, it is some scammers from India… DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! In this number calls you it’s a fraud..516-515-9844

If I could give zero Stars I would. This company promised our to pick our car up yesterday . Not only did no one pick up the car, now they are not answering calls, messages, no one at the Alpha trax main number answers the phone. No answers to emails either.
Now and book with another company but they still have us on the national board with their company so we cannot even book with anyone else. They do not have a driver to take my car, this is causing a huge delay. This is a most ridiculous unorganized company with very poor service.
My parents are going to be in Florida next week where they meet the car, but likely it won't even be shipped even after they land there. And then it's going to take almost a week to get there. So now they don't have a car and this company does not care.
Total scam, do not trust them.

We tried to book a load from them posted for $400. When I wrote him, he asked me if I could take it for $350, and I said I could. Then he texted me that he now has three carriers for that price - hoping I would move the car for pennies. Do not contact this broker, he has more negative reviews than positive.

They sent my car to the wrong city. And refuse to answer my calls. So I had to pay extra to the driver

Bob Jacobs negotiated and found me and driver with a days time. The driver picked up the same day! Thx.

I highly recommend Alphatrax ( Zack Hector). Before using AlphaTrax I was misled and robbed by another company. They had me give a deposit and the vehicle was not picked up this resulted in storage fees. Alphatrax picked up the vehicle when they said they would and it was delivered on the date they stated. This is a reliable company.

I recently used Alphatrax service for shipping my car from California to Nebraska, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The punctuality of their drivers stood out, arriving precisely on time for pick-ups and drop-offs. The vehicles were clean and well-maintained.
What impressed me the most was the professionalism and courtesy of the broker agent Zach, he were friendly, helpfully and knowledgeable about the process and routes, ensuring a stress-free journey from my booking to receive my vehicle at the destination. He response very quickly whenever I have a question or requirement. He got my car ship right on the next date after I agree their price. Their price is reasonable and cheaper a lot than we deal direct with transportation company. Overall, I feels happy with their service. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking the service to transport car.

Although I had to cancel due to unseen circumstances Zech has been an amazing person. He was extremely kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are awful and it’s a total scam. They had my pickup set a week out. I was moving across the country. They canceled a day before. Said they could find another transporter but they quoted me 400$ more. I said okay. They canceled again. Had to argue with them to get my deposit back it took them a week to refund my money, and they did not want to. I told them I would be disputing the charge and reporting their company. Only then did they refund my money. BBB has no record of them. They are scammers. Because of this HORRIBLE company I was forced to be without my vehicle for over 2 weeks longer than expected. They may quote you a cheap price at first, then they ask for more money, constant cancellations, and no customer service skills at all. I LOVE my car and already had enough anxiety about shipping it and it not being in my care. They only made the whole process even worse for me and caused me a lot of stress with my move across country. Just find a company that’s professional and honest and has some sort of reliable office number you can reach, that doesn’t take your money before they even have a transporter that can move your car, and that is BBB accredited. Lots of scammers in this line of business. Be careful and do your research! Don’t make the mistake I made and just try and get the cheapest price.
