Got billed for nothing. Alpha Ventiliation is a very bad company that charges for nothing. I would give minus 5 stars if I was able to do so.

Bedankt dat u uw ervaring met ons deelt. Het spijt ons dat u zich niet tevreden voelt over onze service. Graag willen we toelichten dat er kosten in rekening worden gebracht wanneer een afspraak minder dan 48 uur van tevoren wordt geannuleerd, zoals vermeld in onze voorwaarden. Dit is omdat we op dat moment geen andere afspraak meer kunnen inplannen.

I think it's the best service you could get. Raymon was too friendly and supportive. All the cleaning and installation for new ventilation was done in the best way possible. Thumbs up!

Excellent job!
What a charming, proficient and professional man from Alpha Ventilatie!
Mr. Nouaman patiently explained the whole system to me, and pointed out quite clearly what all would need to be cleaned.
Then he proceeded to do a thorough clean up of the whole system.
And finally he also cleaned up after himself .. so there wasn't a huge mess left over on my floors. Fabulous!
I would definitely recommend the services from Alpha Ventilatie!

Great service!
It was very easy to make a "clear" appointment (without any surprises) with the very kind professionals. Richano was right on time, very cooperative, professional and helpful with his advices and maintenance he performed. When he was done, we had a very clean ventilation and also very clean surrounding so we don't have to do any further cleaning as well! I am very happy with my experience.
