What comes around goes around
I would not be in the habit of leaving negative reviews but this company took it upon themselves to leave a negative review about our business and when we contacted them on the phone to discuss the matter they had absolutely no interest in resolving it.
They had bought a product from us and complained that it was faulty. We arranged a replacement to be sent to them. We didnt even request they return the faulty unit and they contacted us again recently to say the replacement product had broken down too. They were looking for a refund. It would be no problem issuing a refund but I needed confirmation from our supppliers that they would agree to credit our account before I could issue the refund.As a retailer we cannot be held viable for manufacturer warranties (at this point I dont even know if it is covered in relation to this order)
Not once did anybody from Alphaview call us and leave a voicemail about the issue. We are not hard to reach. Instead they decided to write an aggressive negative review about our business saying we dont respond to them on Trustpilot and said to donate refund to charity. We will do as they asked when and if supplier agrees to credit our account.
Live by the sword of online reviews and be prepared to die by it also. Best of luck in business Alpha View!
