I ordered two jackets in December and…

I ordered two jackets in December and never received them. I had gotten an email from "Ryan" in December saying there would be delays. I emailed again in February but never heard back. Now, the Shopify store is gone so I guess I lost all that money. What a scam. How can they get away with this?

Scam: Alpha Wolf Tactical Group

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks now, since I ordered a jacket. No reply to any of my several emails. No shipping info. Nothing received. Nothing has shipped. I have to assume i have been scammed. Dont be fooled by an auto-generated email from a Ryan if you leave an item in your basket. The site is well set-up to sell, looks legit, but with zero customer service to back it.

Do not buy from this company. Fraudsters. They dont even have a contact number. Dont get scammed out of your money.

This brand is trash

This brand is trash, it took them almost a month to deliver a jacket I purchased. I wrote them back telling them the zipper was not working ang that essentially I could not close the jacket, they said they don't have refund policy but that they would ship me another jacket at no cost... two months later the Jacket was nowhere to e found, I had to submit a claim to my credit card company. In case you are wondering what happened with the first jacket, some homeless person might be wearing it on the streets of Denver..
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.. they outsource the manufacturing of their product who knows where and the quality is horrible! their customer care policies are nothing but trash, they will ghost you and won't reply emails hoping that you will just give up.

Chinese scam, avoid

Typical cheap Chinese junk. Canadian domain name, no physical address, 25 day US shipping times, no mention of fabrics used. Website is a well disguised front for cheaply made Chinese nonsense. Website reviews from 2019 when the site has only existed since September 2020? Riiiiiight.

Get it right the first time, or you're SOL

I purchased two jackets from Alpha Wolf Tacticals. Both of them arrived in a timely fashion, but one of the jackets just didn't fit right. I emailed the support email for the company to ask for an exchange or option to get something that fit. I got a response that there are no exchanges or refunds, all sales are final, but here's a special discount code to buy another jacket. So essentially, I now have a $100 jacket to donate to someone (which isn't a terrible thing, but not how I want to spend my money in a pandemic). AWT has attractive apparel, but their customer service/online apparel shopping business plan is horrific if they think everyone is going to get it right the first time. Especially when everything is $70+. I would have gladly been a repeat customer if not for this, but now it's time to take myself and Ill-fitted jacket somewhere else.

Customer Service is not their priority

Weeks before Christmas I ordered two outerwear jackets that finally went on sale for my partner and my son. Neither fit. On Dec. 27th, 2020 I emailed AlphaWolf Tacticals 2x. Then I Facebooked and Messengered them. I called the customer service number. No answer and was not able to leave a voicemail. On Jan.15th I got a half a** response instructing me to send photos about a defect, which I never stated. Two weeks later today there is an offer of a 50% refund and I can re-gift the items. Duh! Already did that. Customer Service is not their priority.
Update. They refunded my money acknowledging my frustration. I still won't buy from them again.
