Ordered an item and received it in a normal amount of time.

It's been 2 months since I ordered, I haven't received anything and they won't reply to any contact.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM!!!!
My son ordered a keyboard from this company in April of 2023....over a year ago!!! He paid $138 of his OWN hard earned money! NEVER RECEIVED the keyboard!! Have emailed them twice for a Refund!! Nothing back from them at all! Pretty sad to rip off a child....😡

i ordered keys from them just after Christmas and still haven't gotten anything, I have reached out multiple times (4-5) customer service haven't resolved the issues

I haven't bought a keyboard or caps from them, but I reached out with some questions and they answered me within minutes and were kind enough to be honest about some things I wanted to know :)
I think they are pretty genuine! Small business that took the time to long answer my questions :)

They patched things up. At first, I was put-off due to my order status just being "Order placed" for exactly 2 months, I reached out on multiple platforms and didn't get a respond at first. After a couple days of waiting for a response from either Email, Instagram, or Twitter, they reached back out with a sincere apology and started my order as soon as possible; the same day as the response. This company IS legit and it is good, just have patience with them since they're a smaller company and have tons of orders to fulfill.

I say that because I order express that is 2 to 3 days and I order it last Saturday so it should be here on last Monday or Tuesday right no I was wrong that is the 8 day and my package still has not been shipped it just says order place

There are a lot of negative reviews here that I cannot relate to at all. Service was standard with no holes or flaws at all. I can't speak to the customer service but when it's easy for me to order, track, and even throw in a request (which they met) I can't complain at all

The keyboard i ordered recently is the best keyboard that i have ever had better than the apex pro LOL And the mousepad is the best mousepad ive alos ever had would 1000000000% recommend this company really underrated!

So i was nervous here as well with some folks talking they dont get their items. What they don't realize is this is a US based company who does EVERYTHING inhouse. This is not an easy process either. I was shown pics of my set that had mistakes and they had to resub dye them. very professional not to send out a bad product.

I did get worried at one point it was taking awhile. For one it is the holidays their busiest time of year as well. I simply hit them up on twitter. If your friendly to them, and give them some time to respond back (sometimes a few hrs sometimes a day they are busy probably do work and manage twitter at the same time).

With their orders coming in as fast as they are as well, they were running out of keycaps, they had them on order and i was shown proof just like i was on the messups. who else does this? only one hell of a company does. Communication was Steller, they even offered me a total refund on the spot if i wanted it. Owner was super nice, down to earth and let me know what was going on so told himi i'd be happy to hold out i was in no rush.
If your in a hurry, and don't want perfection that's custom look elsewhere. If your willing to wait and be patient and actually talk and not yell at staff, you'd be amazed at the communication and how well they take care of you. Feel free to join those group buys who take nearly a year or so with a sub standard product. These people stand by everything they do and are proud of their work.

I highly recommend this company. Please give them a chance, talk to them, give them time to respond, give them time to hand make your products with a not so easy process, and get it right. You don't want messed up junk like some other companies put out do you? and sub dyeing is the best keycaps in the business. A+ Cant recommend these folks enough.

I was a little nervous after I ordered from the company as there are a couple of negative reviews…. We had 1st class experience!! Every email was responded to politely, after I expressed my concern that the item had taken a long time to come and I was worried it wouldn’t arrive they reassured me it would and that the order would be expedited as it was a Christmas gift, I received tracking soon after and the keys arrived yesterday! Very happy! Uk order. Thank you!

I recently bought this keyboard and just recieved it a couple days ago, this was a huge step up from my last keyboard. Alpherior Keys support was a huge help for me, they will fix anything you didn't mean to order Ex: I accidentally ordered tactile switches and I asked them if they could switch them over to linears and they happily said yes. 10/10 customer service. I highly reccommend them.

I have a GMMK2 65% Keyboard from Glorious and wanted the Purple Pudding Keycaps from Alpherior Keys to match my Celestial Mouse, but was afraid they wouldn't fit my keyboard. I messaged Alpherior Keys on Twitter/X about my worries and they were able to give me a solution customized to my issue. I just had to add a note to my order! Definitely recommend Alpherior Keys for not only good deals and quality products but also excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

I’m a disabled widow and my 15 year old grandson asked for the cotton candy keyboard, celestial mouse and mouse pad for his birthday in June 2023but the items he wanted were sold out but were to be restocked late November 2023. I decided to start saving part of my grocery money and would watch the site hoping I could catch the next batch. Third week in November I placed my order but the following week my bank called regarding this order because it flagged as fraudulent but I went ahead allowed this purchase to go through and I immediately started searching the reviews which most were all negative then I emailed the company along with my personal information explaining everything that had happened which I explained my daughter is a disabled single mom with no extra help for him and that my grandson wasn’t expecting anything for Christmas because of the hardship with money and that I’d been saving my grocery money, because I’m on a tight fixed income, but I wanted to surprise him with this gift. The same evening Chance from the company texted me saying that they weren’t a scam and he’d stay late tonight (day before Thanksgiving) to build my order since each one is custom made so it’d be shipped and received before Christmas. This is a lot of trust since I didn’t trust them at this point. To feel free to text him at anytime.
So I can say, today December 9, 2023 I received the full order from their company. So for all the negative reviews I for one am very pleased to give this a company an A+ rating and I know my grandson will be elated with his new gaming items.

Shipping was quick. The keyboard is all around amazing, stabilizers are amazing, key caps are amazing. Literally all around an amazing keyboard for the price. I am a small collector and have 3 other keyboards. One a custom. This is now my best keyboard
