Alphonso Delight is a fraud company

This is a fraud company. I ordered a dozen Premium Grade A1 Large mangoes on 28th April. They got delivered on 6th May. Premium Grade A1 large mangoes as per their website’s claim is minimum 200 gms each. To my shock I found only 4 out of 8 weighed marginally more than 200 gms. The next thing was even more shocking … every single of those mangoes were rotten.

I took pictures and sent them via WhatsApp, asking for an explanation for sending me rotten mangoes. They chose to remain unresponsive. I have all the evidence of their wrongdoing and perhaps there are many others could potentially be their victims.

I lost Rs 2980/- with these scammers. I have raised a complaint against them on National Consumer which is an agency within Consumer Affairs Department in Government of India.

This company uses classic bait & switch ripping off customers. While I intend to follow this up and seek remedies and damages against them.

Let this be an early warning to all potential customers who was are looking to buy good quality msngoes.
