Great service super communication and effortless although transfer took along time due to flight delay and then traffic through French border.
Driver really friendly and helpful

Overall I got from point A to B and returned safely and comfortably. However, The service is far from being smooth. On the first ride, the driver took a 20 minutes detour to fill up gas in a cheaper place which prolonged our trip. On the way back the driver has put the wrong place into his GPS which cost us another 20 minutes of Fried. On top of that I asked to change the pick up date, but the back office only changed the pick up time. Overall, this is a cheaper alternative than other companies, but you really have to be on top of everything in order to ensure things are smooth

Vilnis the driver was superb. Our case got lost and he was patient and kind while we tried to find it at the airport. Safe driver, immaculate car. Excellent reliable and professional service.

Outward journey from airport was ok but for the return I agreed a pick up time directly with the driver 1 hour earlier than you had advised. In reality the driver was 50 minutes later than I had agreed with him. Also he wanted to take a much longer time to avoid the cost of tolls. He did agreed to go the fastest route but was a bit dangerous, at one point having g to stop abruptly when a car coming the opposite direction appeared as our driver drove on their side of the road coming round a left hand bend.

Driver was a really nice guy and thank full for his kindness during our journeys.

Great communication from the company and driver in advance of being picked up, which is very reassuring. The driver’s vehicle was also immaculate.

Brilliant service from start to finish. All went smoothly on arrival and pick up. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Fast journey to our appartement some traffic in Geneva but arrived within 90 min.

Pick up area at SZG was not specified and phone conversation with driver was inaudible. The driver once met was very helpful and the journey to Kaprun was good.
Return journey 02.02.25 pick up and drop off at SZG was perfect. Very helpful driver who facilitated a necessary stop.

Hi using your services before with no issues. I was disappointed with the quality of the vehicle this time. In hindsight I could have got a luxury V Class Mercedes for same price.
Other than fitting us in ok it wasn’t a pleasant transfer at all.
My main disappointment was the driver. To be blunt he was unhygienic to say the least, to the point we had to ride the full journey with the windows open on arrival due to the smell. We needed a car seat for my little one and again had no idea how to fit it. On return we saw him rummaging in the hotels bins as we collected our luggage. Travelling with 2 kids we had trouble with the moving of our bags and he offered no social interaction or help other than emptying them at the other end with a grunt.
Won’t be using you again or recommending you to others.

The whole experience was excellent and stress free.

Super fast transfer and very well organised. Arrivals and baggage claim were extremely slow and our driver kept in contact reassuring us they’d still be waiting for us.
