Our shared fixed point services cover a wide area within each of our resorts, helping you get as close as possible to your accommodation for the best value in the Alps. Where possible we use coaches to reduce the carbon footprint of our services and offer the most eco-friendly option for our clients.

Our shared door 2 door transfers provide an additional last miles vehicle to get you right to your door. While a little more expensive, it is still cheaper than taking a private transfer so still provides great value while making your holiday easier. It can be a great option for families travelling with children, and people staying in amazing chalets that are often a little outside the main town. No on likes walking with heavy ski bags!

Disappointing

The driver arrived 45+ minutes late, to which we were being told the driver was upstairs and not answering his phone. To then be told he was crossing the boarder and would be 5 minutes.

The driving was extremely dangerous and erratic where he was on the wrong side of the road coming upto a bend.

He also tried to throw all 13 passengers out of the bus 2km from Les Gets saying he thinks we are all a short walk from there! Even though some passengers were staying in morzine!

This is a door to door service which we paid for and is not good enough.

I have requested a refund and had no response yet.

There are cheaper services out there and they provide much better customer service

An absurdly strict and aggressive…

An absurdly strict and aggressive policy. Even when my country was under missile attack and my flight was cancelled, they simply didn’t care. They refused to give a refund because the cancellation was too close to the bus departure time.

Completely disconnected from basic human considerations, even in exceptional situations. All of this is wrapped in polite replies (to be fair, they do respond quickly), but the substance remains the same – zero flexibility or empathy.

Everything was ok except the changing…

Everything was ok except the changing original pick up time , 1 hour in advance of skeduled the day before the departure. The reason was wrong (expecting snow) but the circulation of infos was good. 2 thumbs up for the dispatcher in Bourg st Maurice and the van’s driver .

They have excellent service and even…

They have excellent service and even provide timely response on weekends! The staff are very helpful and speak perfect English. I booked a ride from Lyon airport and they offered me a free shuttle from the bus station to my resort which is a huge relief, thanks a lot.

You cannot seat two adults in the front seats........

Alpine Fleet were punctual and I have no issues with the van or the driver (Martins - who was courteous and careful). The problem is that I was the seventh passenger out of eight and so I was sat in the front of the van supposedly large enough for eight passengers.
There was insufficient room for two passengers in the front seats due to the poorly designed front seat area. It would have been fine for two small children but a woeful journey for two adults.
I suppose I was unlucky but assume that I paid the same price as others for a cramped and uncomfortable journey of 90 minutes.........

Great service and helpful staff

Great service and helpful staff. Buying a ticket through the Flixbus app can be confusing because the actual pickup time can differ from the one on your ticket, as the flixbus ticket itself doesn't update. I haven't read any warnings about this kind of situation on the alpine fleet site or emails. In any case, once you are on your way with alpine fleet, it all goes well.

Their pickup times are unreliable!

I booked a 5.30pm bus from Chamonix to GVA airport and 2 days later they told me the time had changed to 4pm. How can you book a bus when the times change so drastically?? They told me it was notified in their small print but I didn't notice these details when I booked - if I had I would never have booked it. Instead I booked Swiss Tours who don't change their times - like normal!!

Convenient service from LYS to Meribel

Convenient service to and from LYS to Méribel for a reasonable price. You may have to wait for other passengers if there are delays but that is part of the deal. And if it were you, you would be happy that they waited for you! We change shuttles in Moutiers to go to respective ski resorts. Mark, the driver I had from Moutiers to Méribel drove very well as I told him I sometimes get sick in the car. I did not get sick at all! Thanks again Mark.

The bus arrived more than two hours…

The bus arrived more than two hours later than planned to the airport. We assumed that two busses had been put together as one with a super messy intenierary for the driver. For example driving to Argentiere to pick up people that was waiting in Les Houches. So so messy and the driver only knew french and was superhard to help and communicate with. There was people on the bus missing their flights. Extremely bad planning.

Our last minute booking was supported…

Our last minute booking was supported very effectively by UK based office. On arrival at Geneva airport we were given clear instruction on meeting point location and time. The transfer coach was very comfortable and we were dropped off in Argentiere within 10 minutes of the projected time.

Excellent

Excellent, proactive, and highly effective customer service from Allie and Ivy. Some details of my booking hadn’t been captured correctly, and I hadn’t noticed the errors myself. The team reached out to alert me, clearly explained what needed fixing, and guided me through the process.

As someone with less-than-perfect eyesight, working from my phone can be challenging. Allie and Ivy went the extra mile by carefully checking and double-checking the information with me, even spotting a mistake I’d made with my return flight time.

Their forward-thinking approach, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to both their customers and the Alpine Fleet service made a real difference. Outstanding support.

Genevre to Les Houches coach transfer..

The people at the check in desk as Genevre airport were fabulous. It was easy to find with the instructions given.
Our driver however was a bit slow - stood there drinking his coffee until well after the 6:30pm departure time and the lady had to practically push him out the door.
He didn't seem in a hurry at all - which made us much later to our destination unfortunately.
Other drivers were punctual however.
